Geen airco. Zeer warm op de kamers en daarom moeilijk om in slaap te vallen met de hitte. Slechte isolatie waardoor je alles hoort wat er boven, naast of onder de kamer gebeurd

Hotel w/o working air condition and limited breakfast capacity (28 seats)

Closed to supermarket.

Nobody informed us about nonfunctional air condition in whole hotel for long period. By outside temperature above 35 degrees and inside temperature above 30 degrees really terrible. No compensation for this discomfort was offered. The breakfast room is accomplished with 7 small tables for 4 persons which is by full hotel capacity really big problem. Missing food and drinks is the smallest problem, you have simply no seats available.

Bianca bij de receptie is 5 sterren waard!

Bianca bij de receptie heeft ons uitmuntend geholpen. De airco deed het niet en wij waren er met 1 kleuter en een baby. Toen ik aangaf dat we zonder airco niet konden slapen met de baby, heeft Bianca geregeld dat we in een ander B&B hotel in Colmar konden slapen. Zij is 5 sterren waard!

De airco was in het hele hotel kapot, terwijl het buiten 32 graden was. Slecht van de accommodatie dat ze dit pas na 8 dagen zouden repareren.

Aangename bedden en badkamer was netjes + naast het hotel restaurant waar je 10% korting kreeg

Airco werkte niet, de raam kon wel open maar daardoor zat het snel vol muggen

Hôtel sympa pour un long we

L'emplacement idéal près de Colmar et des villes avoisinantes, l'équipement complet dans la chambre, la sympathie du personnel qui se démène pour que le client soit satisfait, le petit-déjeuner correct et varié. Grand parking gratuit.

Chambre petite comme la salle de bain. Pas assez de personnel et de places pour le petit-déjeuner.

Simple, clean room, easy parking, late hour check in by machine

You need a car as it is not near anything, except a Lidl store which was nice to have.they have breakfast for extra but we didn't need it.

Basic, but just what we needed....

Convenient for our trip through France. Basic hotel, but met our needs. Family room, fairly small, but more than adequate & comfortable. Staff very friendly & breakfast variety great.

Hotel was a little tired. Could have done with slower curtain replacing.

A comfortable stay close to the center and sights.

The bed was really comfortable and the staff was friendly and told us about possible places to eat with discounts due to our stay. There is a huge grocery store nearby - Leclerc - and this was amazing. There was a small television where we could watch the soccer finals. perfect for a short stay.

The location was not close to the center where we wanted to be the whole time. We used the bus, but the schedules were all mixed up during Christmas market times. If possible I would suggest getting a taxi or something similar as the buses were not reliable when we arrived, but the next morning was perfect when we wanted to visit the city sights. The bathroom was not so good, but it was clean and had everything we needed.

The property was in a good location, especially when you have a mini shopping close Colmar is between an 8-10 minute drive.

Ok value for money

The room was ok, maybe a bit small. Free parking lot. Friendly and helpful staff.

Internet was going on and off, very unstable. No elevator.

Scenic vineyard location with easy access to handy services.

We used hotel as an overnight stop as a drive through France towards Switzerland. Easy to find and private parking. Staff in reception very welcoming and helpful. Room very clean and quiet. Kids liked the bunk beds. Located opposite a Buffalo Grill which offered a discount to hotel guests. Lidl was a couple of doors down, good to stock up for road snacks and water! Further along the road was a supermarket and petrol station (unfortunately was closed when we stayed as it had no fuel delivery).

Breakfast room is quite small so there was a queue to get in. Breakfast was a little sparse, eggs as only hot option. Some sausage or bacon would have been good. Not much in the way of fruit.
