El encanto de la "cueva" y el entorno natural donde se ubican

No nos dejaron alfombra de baño para la ducha. Nos duchamos con agua templada, porque no salía más caliente.

Fantastic location for tranquil experience.

The location is excellent and the cave house is all that I thought it would be - the only negative would be the kitchen, could do with a bit of an update - nothing fancy, just drawers that fit and open and close properly. The restaurant was still closed from Covid so cannot comment on that. Pool was fine - could maybe do with some rules being put up as some people were slathered in sun oil and no shower and straight into the pool! I have to say that Carlos was amazing - he really helped with arrangements for my husband's birthday - booked a taxi and a restaurant for us.

Unfortunately our neighbours were not so great - they did not adhere to the quiet time between 10pm and 9am. They also had a karaoke machine, electric guitar and speaker so we had no choice but to listen to their music all day. It would also be good if the restaurant would be open again.

Very quiet rural area, great location. Lovely romantic houses.

The beds were not that great in our house and hygene could be better.

Awful

The facilities were very poor. No soap, no towels, no bottle opener for the wine that we had brought with us, no wine glasses etc etc The floor fans were broken and quite dangerous with children. The ad on booking is completely misleading.

Really not equipped for renting out. No towels, no soap for washing hands. No bottle opener, no wine glasses. There closest place to eat was 15km away in Fortuna.

We needed to be told the distance to a shop as we forgot milk!

Very good

Lovely cave rooms that were cool and quiet for sleeping. The barbecue room with an oven was great. Plenty of chairs and tables for eating although rather old and scruffy. The restaurant at the entrance was run by Belgians who cooked us very good moule et frites... recommended! The restaurant is in old wine caves.

The kitchen needed an upgrade and the equipment was a little short. No sharp knives or bowls for serving. The bathroom is old and there was a very bad smell. Our neighbours had very loud music.

A lovely experience and an enjoyable stay.

The location was fabulous. The house was great. The owner was very helpful.

There was no kettle, a necessity in our opinion. The sitting room was a bit cold in the evening. We also would have liked some written info on the history of the caves and the area.

Cave house was great good kitchen and area was outstanding.very quite and relaxing. Nice and cool inside when outside temp 34 deg.

Found it quite hard to find. Very remote. Restaurant was closed do had drive back to Fortuna for food to cook about 15 min nearest supermarket.

Very bad upkeep of property.. cooker surround falling apart , freezer had items frozen solid to the base.. not very clean shower.. things left in the bottom of it from other people... grouting needed finishing in shower.. sink loose in bathroom , tap in kitchen very unstable.. beds had big dips in them .. and the restaurant on site is only open w/ends.. ??

Good

We were arriving late in the evening, and the host came to meet us in the neighboring village. Nice, because in the darkness would have bee difficult to reach the house.

There was bad smell in the kitchen and bath room area, when arriving.
