Very good

A short 15 min taxi to the location (i would not recommend walking). In a residential condo complex. Has 24 hour staffed lobby. Small kitchen and very comfortable bed. Good to use for a layover. Close to the Mall for restaurants or to the real parts of Manila. Nice pool. AC worked fine

Needs an update. Toilet seat does not fit. A few bugs in the kitchen.

Avoid this place, cockroaches, noisy, no windows.

- Windows were completely blinded with cardboard, no natural light in the room at all - Directly at a loud highway with broken a window, so it sounded like you were sleeping in the middle of the highway - cockroaches in the room - pool was not accessible due to maintenance day, no info from the host in advance - the host refuses to answer my messages after our checkout - no luggage storage possibilities after checkout - host lies about me breaking the lock. there was no lock anymore on the window.

super convenient and safe location directly near the airport, new fancy upscale Newport Mall + casino good for one night, dont recommend it for longer stays

First Time in Manila

Home appliances such as Electric cooker, Heater, Microwave, Refrigerator, Washing Machine with dryer, very useful during our stay. Recommended! 👍

Some amenities weren't provided like soap, slippers.

Perfect for travelers

Location is perfect for travelers, it is so close to the metro station.

We made the booking in the morning so the place owner wasn't notified yet. We waited long in the gate and as well as in the reception to get the paper done work.

I did not enjoy one palm tree 4m condotel. That is the main reason i move to 101 Boulevard 4B West w

The outside is okay because of the security that is available 24/7 a day. But i will be honest my service was a low standard of care that is why i had to discontinue my stay and after monday 22nd of August i found a most better care agent i move to 101 boulevard west wing 4B.

On reaching the condontel the key was not in the locker. It took a long time before they finally arrive to the room was eventually open. The care taker is no where to be found. After so many calls the phone rings he never attend to calls. Even the security try to call him he does not respond. The internet system was not working. So i had no access to internet. No watching of tv , there was cockroaches, flies, and mosquitoes often did not allow me to sleep. I visted phillipines for vaccation and to see my girlfriend i have being dating for a while.The standard of service is very poor.

Very good

I like it because it is near in the airport, its clean its not expensive and the have all the utensils what we need.

What I dont like is its near in the bridge its noisy bacause if trucks and jeepneys but it does'nt matter bcause during the day we are nit in the unit.

So happy because we were given room at the 1st level,very affordable,place is spacious and clean, close to resorts world and other restaurants, Guards are commendable. Will come back again

1 hour is not enough i think to use the pool,I hope it will improve. The balcony door was not working i hope it can be fixed.

Very stressing booking online!! They are allowing booking .com to process your online hotel booking. On my day of check-in their security will not allowed you to enter the property. After all of the process I made through online which I thought of being convenient turns to a very stressful day. They said that they are now not accpeting such online booking!! A big WOW!!!
