Lovely apartment. Walking distance to park lleres and Provenza.

Love this apartment. Super clean and a gorgeous view of the city on the roof terrace. The apartment has all the essential items for us. Kitchen is stocked and well equipped. It was easy to meet the host to get the keys. Walking distance to Provenza, restaurants and nightlife. Will definitely stay there again in the near future.

Hi, I really liked the place. The place was clean, there were enougfh towels, everything as expected. The neighbourhood is perfect, close to the center, yet tranquil and silent.

the keys we got didn't fit on the door, only a card to use the elevator worked. This meant we could only enter the place at the same time which was very inconvenient at times.

poblado area was nice and the apartment worked for our needs.

location was good. 10 minute walk to the metro. staff was very nice at check in.

furniture was not very comfortable and bed linen was very limited. hot water was hit and mis. odd layout as the hot tub could be removed and allow more space

Very bad host and check-in / check-out system

Breakfast was not included. Location was fine.

The host (Santiago) was very hard to get hold of in order to receive the key and enter the property. He has his WhatsApp messages setup, where you could not tell if he read your message or not, then he takes too long to answer and sometimes does not answer. Finally, I forgot my Apple Watch in the safe box. When I asked Santiago if they found it, he told me he'd check and get back to me. He never got back to me until I wrote him the next day, just to tell me they did not find anything :( I am POSITIVE I had left it in the safe box!! I don't recommend this place!

Wow, that was bad!

One of the two TVs worked.

The 4 steps that you had to go over and duck your head not to hit the ceiling, to transverse from one side of the efficiency apartment to the other side of the efficiency apartment. I did not like the tiny shower and tiny bathroom that only had one door as both the bathroom door and also the shower door. I did not like roaches in my cloths the two mornings in a row I was there. There were two TVs but they were not connected to an antenna or cable, only WiFi, the three remotes for each TV were impossible to use anyway. I did not like the motorcycle repair shop next door, other side of my wall. I did not like only having windows on one small wall that was facing the street and also close to where motorcycles were parked and tested for the motorcycle shop. I did not like the flooded hallway that I had to wade through to get out my first morning. When I asked the owner Barry B. to move me to an acceptable apartment his first remark was “so you want an upgrade!”. I think he upgrades people frequently. The first place was depressing and not as advertised.
