Great location but needs a new mattress

Visit Zagreb Emerald is located in the city centre area. The apartment is well appointed with kitchen equipment, a washing machine and a nice seating area. The hotel is quiet as it is located within a unit complex and up stairs from the road.

The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It needs replacing. I rolled into a ditch and wasn't abe to move. I ended up using a towel and a spare blanket and slept on the lounge.

Large apartment in a very central area.

The apartment is in the perfect location, right in the heart of the city. It is an easy walk to the places you would want to Visit in Zagreb (Upper and Lower town) and there are restauarants a plenty within 100 meters of the apartment. The apartament itself is very large with it;'s own bedroom, seperate lounge and kitchen area and a large bathroom. Slavica is a great host and waited for us even though our flight had been delayed. She told us about the apartment and the area and what to see and do. We had a great stay and would recommend.

A great weekend exploring Zagreb's architecture, food and drink, with the Emerald as an ideal base

Spacious, quiet and modern apartment with a comfortable bed, fully equiped kitchen and excellent shower room. Right in the heart of everything we wanted to see, an easy walk to the Botanical Gardens (well worth a visit) in one direction and Upper Town in the other. Loads of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops within 5 minutes walk, 2 supermarkets in the shopping centre next door. a truly walkable city centre. The welome gifts from Kata were a lovely touch.

Zagreb suffered a serious earthquake in 2020, and the repairs are ongoing. This meant that we couldn't get into some of the museums and churches that we were hoping to visit. There was still plenty to do though. There is no view from the apartment, but this wasn't a problem for us.

Superb Location. Central to the Main Square, all the Sights and surrounded by many varied Dining options. Spacious and comfortable Apartment with everything we needed and more. Fantastic Host who was responsive and very helpful. 😊

Brilliant place to stay within walking distance of the cities main attractions.

Kata was a wonderful host taking the time to show us through the apartment and making a number of recommendations for local attractions. The apartment was very well appointed and very clean.

Everything. A spacious, very clean, fully equipped apartment in a fantastic location. It was very quiet during day and night but right in the heart of everything. We had a fantastic stay.

The room/apartment is located in a strategic area of the city: you are always walking distance from everything. It was clean, warm and with all the things needed for a good stay The host, she is just super!

Great stay in Zagreb!

The apartment was in a great area, close to retail, restaurants & points of interest. The apartment was newly renovated, looked fantastic & had everything needed. (bedroom, 2 sofas in living room, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker/coffee, washer/drier combo...) The apt. was quiet, the bed was comfy & the shower was excellent. Wonderful host & good communication. Great stay!

Awesome modern apartment in Center of Zagreb

Almost everything. Hosts were great. We were caught in slow traffic, got lost in thick fog, and hosts waited for us till late. The apartment is clean, comes with everything we need. Even include a washer with dryer, which we didn't use. Bed was big enough and pretty comfortable.

The stairs!! 3 floors of those.

The host welcomed us personally to the apartment. The apartment is in an excellent location in the centre of Zagreb very near major tourist sites. The apartment itself is beautiful and very well equipped. We loved it and would definitely look to book again. Zagreb itself is well worth a visit. A beautiful, safe, friendly city.

Location was perfect. Cafés, restaurants and shopping mall steps from the apartment. City centre a 5 minute walk. But so nice and quiet in our room. No outside noise at all. Would highly recommend for both location and the apartment itself.

Excellent apartment in prime location

It's all you can ask as a traveler, the host is welcoming, nice and do everything to make you fill perfect. The apartmenta is at prime location and close to the main areas. I will definitely come back again to stay in my next visit in zagreb.

Great place and caring host!

We had connection issues with our phone and the host gentle waited for us at the apartment and provided us with tips, tricks and treats for our journey. Very attentive and caring!

Most comfortable stay in Zagreb

Such a wonderful place to stay in Zagreb! The location cannot be better: right in the center if the city, yet just far enough from the plethora of bars and street life to be quiet at night. Two rooms (great room and bedroom) have separate air conditioning and both ACs work! Good shower too. Beds are comfortable. The host is very pleasant, polite and helpful. We had the most wonderful experience!
