تم التواصل مع المستاجر بعد رغبتي في الاقامة لان المكان ليس كما هو في الصور غير نظيف وغير مرتب وقديم جداجدا وتم اشعاره بعدم الرغمة في الاقامة ورغم ذلك تم خصم الملبغ مع احترامي الشديد موقع وبرنامج مثل بوكينج يتم خصم المبلغ من الكاستمر بدون علمهم اين الخصوصية واين حقوق المستاجر

Perfectly fine - but not luxury

The location on the main square is very convenient The host was extremely helpful and always very responsive The place was quiet with no outside noise, being set back in a courtyard helped with this Convenient place to store luggage just outside the apartment in a bike shop

It wasn’t as good value for money as another place we stayed at (also in the centre) The place was described as ‘luxury’ with a ‘cathedral view’, but actually was quite tired looking (the walls needed a repaint to cover all the dirty marks) and the only bit of the cathedral to see was the very top of the tower (which happened to be covered in scaffolding anyway). As a convenient place to stay you can’t fault it - but if you are truly seeking luxury and a nice view then you might be disappointed.

Clean, comfortable and great location!

I liked how clear the instructions on arrival and check-in were. It felt really easy to find and settle-in because the communication was perfect.

Die Bezwichung Luxury ist ein Witz

Die zentrale Lage ist wirklich super.

Extrem dreckig. Die Küche/-utensilien konnte man leider nicht benutzen, da diese teils extrem dreckig und fettig waren. Hätte man alles zuerst putzen müssen. Außerdem konnten wir uns im Wohnzimmer nicht auf das “Bett”Sofa setzen, da dieses kaputt war. Es war bereits bei der Ankunft als Bett hergerichtet, konnte aber nicht mehr zum Sofa umfunktioniert werden, da es kaputt war. Außerdem mussten wir vor Ort bar bezahlen.

Good place to stay if you want to see old center

location is directly at the center of old town hoster is great quite big aparts

we couldn't take a shower at the morning because there was no water building/hall was filthy

All about location. Walls was darty( they lookwed like a revolution took place over there ), the room wasn't clean..

Apartment was big, location was perfect it is right in the main square. Host was responsive.

Apartment was a bit dirty. Stains on the couch, on bed and some on linen/towels. Carpet in the bedroom looked like it wasn’t vacuumed. Closet was a mess, duvets were just thrown in there with no cover so we didn’t want to use them. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all, there was no pillows except small couch pillows and there was no flat sheet just a thin throw blanket. It didn’t feel like a bed.

we enjoyed it emmensely and would recommend it.

it was clean, airy, convenient and in an excellemment not location 50m from main square.

it is not a criticism of the property, but the access through the common yard was very uneven. This parented a danger to those, like me, using a walking stick and was not very kind to the wheels on our luggage. The latter being a fact of life for a cobbled city.

very close to the old town just walk outside and the window is so beautiful we take lots of good photos here

have to carry and walk all the luggage to the property when you take shower the floor will be wet and the bathroom mat is all wet

Modernly furnished apartment in central Zagreb

Everything was great. They provided everything needed to our family. Location is perfect as well.

it was a bit difficult to find the location by the instructions given, but overall great stay

Good for one night

Location of the apartment is just across the street from Trg bana Jelačiča, so it's really centrally located, but still quite at night. Before entering the courtyard there is a bakery on the left side and another one just few meters further, which is good for morning breakfast. Apartment is spacious and light enough, kitchenette is well equipped, bathroom has big walk-in shower. Ms. Jelena was really supportive with all the information how to reach and use apartment.

Courtyard can be a bit spooky entering it at night. Apartment could be a bit cleaner, there are many stains on the sofa. Also using sofa for a bed is a bad decision because your back will be totally broken in the morning. Drawer under the sink in bathroom is peeling of and it's giving a really bad look to otherwise nice bathroom.

if prices won’t arise, I will be back.

it is a small apartment (nr 2) with the necessary space to easily live in two people. May be it is time to renew the small armchair. Location is the real strong point of difference vs the other offers.

the equipment is at minimum level: no kitchen towel, nothing for a minimum breakfast at least for the first day…, shower towel too small and medium-low quality. with few touches the feeling would be better. The bed room is really small and you have to crawl against the wall to go out. Finally, in the B&B advertising it is suggested a view on the square. in reality, the view is on the inner courtyard. I don’t care but transparency in describing the apartment is important. Best regards, Mauro RUSSO

Nice spacious apartment in the heart of the city

very spacious property in the heart of the city with the kitchen and basic things like oil, salt, herbs etc in the kitchen. Warm apartment with elevator.

Smell from the toilet that spreads throughout the apartment. This is tried to be covered by scents put in the toilet but it doesn’t help. Also cabinet beneath the sink in the bathroom is ruined and looks not nice.

Amazing stay in the center of Zagreb

Location of the apartment is amazing. The owner was super nice and always ready to reply to all our messages. I would definitely recommend this apartment to everyone traveling to Zagreb.

It could have been cleaner, otherwise everything was perfect.

greate Apartman and exceptional location.

Location and the size of apartment was great. Also very quite. You don’t hear the noise from main square.

Wasn’t clean as it so posed to be. In a bathroom I found someone’s trash in trash can, and it wasn’t vacuumed.

Very good

The location is perfect, apartment is located in a building on Bana Jelacica square but also protected from the noise from the street, you will have a insured night rest on a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. The apartment is spacious equipped with all facilities you need. Host is always available for all questions. I would recommend it with pleasure.

The foldable bed in the living room is terrible, sorry :) It could be a bit cleaner, it is not so bad but some surfaced were not cleaned like nightstand, kettle, cosmetic table in the living room. And sofa and chairs are full of stains. it is a pity.
