Friendly staff, centre location

Nice and spacious room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff is helpful, friendly and flexible. Entering the building you would not expect a decent room, but they are good.

It's very noisy in busy period. If you prefer a good night sleep instead of nightlife book further from central. The common parts are quite disappointing

lift is broken, it wasn't clear that we need to got othe reception on 3rd floor to collect the key.

Excellent location and apartment but breakfast not good

Very spacious clean apartment.

Apartment was housed within a hostel and there was malfunctioning lift and no lights in the staircase. Breakfast was just milk and muesli and wasn’t even enough.

Pleasant

All staff are gentle and friendly.

Its location was good for sure but when it came to sleep over turned a total nightmare. Pubs just down the place are up until morning with drunk, shouting and screaming people. If your priority is a good sleep rather than the location you can skip this place. Also the extra pillows in the wardrobe were bloodstained.

Lovely city centre

Bed was comfy. Shower was good. Location was good.

Bit noisy because it was in high street. Toilet roll was only 1 piece. No shower gel. Breakfast facility was not good. Nothing is written what item on table and belongs to whom. Lot person do not eat everything. Not much options. The lift need maintenance. WiFi bit slow.

Well located, great facilities, run by the hostel upstairs.

Location is excellent, although the entrance is a little difficult to find. The facilities in the room are top-notch for the price.

They are a bit prissy about the checkout time. I was a little late and getting dressed and someone cleaning the rooms just barged in, saw me, and told me that checkout time was past. I was about to leave anyway and asked for a couple of minutes, within which they had someone else come by and ask me again. Having stayed at another property right next to it for the preceding few days where the hosts were non-intrusive and accommodating, this bugged me a bit, especially since I had checked in quite late the night before.

Beautiful room in nice hostel. Room is private, although its a hostel, with modern bathroom and air conditioned. Big room, just near the old center. From the windows you can see the people taking a walk and drinking beer at the teraces. Perfect location!!

The shower maybe needs a little plumming done because the water kept filling the shower floor.

Exceptional

Clean lovely open concept apartment. 2 large beds and a sofa bed. One bed was on a loft with stairs. Bathroom was clean and easy to use. The morning staff apologized for a loud night, but we didn't notice any extra noise from the street.

There was no shower soap, something we've become accustomed to in Europe. The front desk is on the 3rd floor and the apartments are on the first.

Perfect location in the very center of Zagreb.

Lack of hot water was a serious issue and shouldn’t happen.

a great spot for exploring zagreb!

we came from belgrade by car at night, spent two nights here. the good: - location, around the corner from the main square, Trg J. Jelačića. short walk to all main attractions. - bus station for going to ljubljana is a short tram ride away - friendly and helpful staff - adequate facilities in room with cooking tops and utensils
