Savor the views from the sprawling deck that spans the entire back and side of the house, providing a panorama of the grounds, fire pit, and dock area. Family competitions can begin with yard games like corn hole in spacious front or back yards. The dock, complete with a picnic area, electricity, a floater, and a swim ladder, beckons for memorable moments by the water.
The sleeping spaces have been designed to ensure a restful stay. On the main floor, the Primary King bedroom is a spacious haven with tasteful decor and an attached full bath. The second Queen room on the main floor offers views of the serene lake surroundings.
Retreat to the lower level for additional sleeping options. The third bedroom features two Queen beds in an oversized room, ideal for accommodating extra family members. Its own door provides direct access to the lower patio. The fourth bedroom, furnished with a King bed, promises rejuvenating nights of sleep. Meanwhile, the fifth bedroom offers a charming setting with two inviting Twin beds, perfect for guests with young children.
Completing the lower level is a full bath and a convenient laundry area, ensuring both comfort and practicality during your stay. No need to fret about sandy feet or lake-dipped hair – an outdoor shower awaits, providing a refreshing rinse after your lakeside adventures.

House Rules for Your Stay
Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
