Estancias de ensueño en Aruba

Genieten en relaxen!

De rustige omgeving en het mooie appartement samen met het heerlijke zwembad. Ook de buitenkeuken met de grote koel/vriescombinatie was ideaal.

Niets negatiefs te vermelden.

Muy recomendable!

La ubicación es buenisima, céntrica para todo y tranquila. La habitación es cómoda y muy limpia. Está bien equipada, inclusive nos dejaron un cooler para que nuestra estadía en la playa fuera más placentera.

El baño podría tener más iluminación.

Excellent B&B in Aruba!

Really nice b&b where to stay in Aruba! Really nice to have the pool, the kitchen outside if needed and all the comforts! Rick was very helpful since the beginning, always present if we had something to ask. The position is perfect if you have your own car (parking space free in front of the b&b), very close to the beaches and to the superfood (a big supermarket).

There was not hot water in the shower but it was ok thanks to the hot weather throughout all our permanence at the b&b

Excelentes instalaciones a precio contenido

Supero nuestras expectativas. Rik fue sumamente amable en todo momento y nos oriento en nuestras vacaciones. El hostal tiene una excelente ubicación, pero todo esta relativamente lejos en Aruba. Recomiendo en lo posible poder arrendar un auto y así poder moverse rápidamente. También hay un autobús que recorre la isla por 2,5 USD. La habitación contempla caja fuerte, toallas de baño y toallas de playa, aire acondicionado, ventilador, mini bar, lava platos y vajilla (cafetera italiana) y jabón de manos. Afuera hay una cocina más equipada para todos los usuarios, con cocina a gas y refrigerador, además de una piscina.

No tiene nada que ver con la administración, pero para que lo consideren habían muchos zancudos (mosquitos) por lo que recomiendo repelente y además algún spray contra insectos y zancudos.

The room had a unique charm and was impeccably clean, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The host was simply incredible - their communication was prompt and made me feel extremely welcome throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and personal space provided by the apartment.

Incredible location, highly recommend to future guests.

The host Rick, amazing! Super hospitable, extremely helpful and super attentive. The location is perfect, close to everything without the noise. Private while able to socialize.

No hot water...not a big deal but it would had been nice.

10/10 Would Stay Again

Heiner and Rik were fantastic hosts, Rik provided a great overview of the island complete with great tips on parking. The location is hard to beat, close to beautiful Eagle beach and provides a great spot to branch out and explore the rest of the island.

The bed wasn't my favorite even if it was comfortable

Excellent stay, super clean, modern yet cozy spot to stay and very safe!

A great little spot to stay while in Aruba. it is very close to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach as well as the Superfoods Plaza. The hosts were amazing and extremely responsive with lots of great recommendations for things to do and see around the island. I rented a car to get around the island and I do recommend you do the same if staying here and if you are interested in exploring the island.

Had a great time at 11&11, you will enjoy your stay as well.

Heinerik was very responsive via WhatsApp and an excellent host. He quickly cleared up one issue we had with our suite and ensured the rest of the stay was a pleasant one. Near the Eagle Beach, Gloria and Super Food at an excellent value for our stay.

Really no complaints. Even the cleaners and Heinerik's neighbor were helpful. Great little spot. Fantastic value for a lovely time in Aruba.

Superb

Owners communication and feedback (one of the best so far after many years using booking), well organized and top decoration, possibility to use the barbecue area and pool (we didn't used the pool still is a very good place), I can only recommend it since you have everything nearby and eagle beach is only at 1.5km walking.

The temperature in the studio could be very high (but air conditioning is available) and we do not recommend use the studio kitchen do cook your food (meat and fish).

Relaxing, quaint and beautiful sunshine place. Great for a short getaway and a chilled vibe!

I really liked the privacy of the apartment and my own space. Quirky room super clean and had everything I needed! The host was AMAZING communication was prompt, detailed and made me feel super welcome before during and after. I was the only one there apart from neighbors but I didn’t mind that in fact it was exactly what I needed to chill and sunbathe at times during the day.great find and I will certainly be recommending and returning when I can!

The location was good but traveling on my own I had to cross a few roads and a freeway to get to the beach- was was only about 10-15 mins walk but did feel a touch out of the way in comparisons to the resorts at eagle and palm beach. As I didn’t have a car or intend to g et one. However reasonable for the cost and the facilities offered, I didn’t mind but maybe worth sharing for others.

Very communicative hosts, clean, quiet, lovely pool area, excellent location.

No staff during the day if you need anything (I understand why, this part is just asking for improvements.) The first room I stayed in was REALLY small.

Amazing place to stay in Aruba

We stayed here for 2 weeks. A very comfortable and nice place to stay in Aruba. We enjoyed the outside kitchen and swimming pool. It’s within walking distance from Eagle beach and the super food plaza. The owners weren’t around when we stayed here, but they left good instructions and replied very quickly on WhatsApp. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends

This boutique apartment is a great option for a short workation.

Wi-Fi is stable and fast enough to join video calls and perform remote work. Every studio has a desk and a chair, but you can also sit by the pool or in an outdoor kitchen. Two other staples of a successful workation: supermarket (Super Food) and the gorgeous Eagle Beach are both just a 10-12 minute walk away.

You need to cross a road to get to either supermarket or the beach fast, and there is no official crossing. However the traffic is fairly low and locals do it all the time so it's not really an issue.

Loved our stay!

Loved the outside kitchen, it was really nice to cook outside in the covered kitchen. Great bed too, after all that is very important.

better than the photos!

they had a Nespresso machine! Also the room had a private frigde for cold drinks etc in addition to the one in the kitchen. The outside kitchen is really nice and comfortable to cook and sit in. We rented a car very close by, only 5 minutes walking to pick it up. Thank you Heiner & Rik, we had a great stay!
