Lo necesario

La piscina y la ubicación.

Un sofá cama , sugiero que deberían tener elementos adicionales para las personas que se quedan en el mismo , muy limitadas las cosas en la cocina , el bbq estaba algo sucio, aunque tiene armario no es muy cómodo para guardar las cosas.

Nice and clean studio

Nice clean studio with kitchenette. Place was clean, check in was very easy with the instructions provided. Big supermarket just around the corner.

A personal welcome by the host would have made this stay complete.

Good value for short stay, close to the best beach of the island

The swimming was good even if a little bit small but only shared with the 4 apartments. The apartment is well equipped and you can have access to the barbecue and beach chair + cooler. Location close to huge supermarket and beautiful beach

There is a coffee maker but no coffee . There is no shampoo in the shower . The beach is at 15min and not 8minutes and the path is on the sun. There is no much restaurant nearby, you will have to walk 15min to find a good fish restaurant or have a car

Great and relaxing

The attention was great and super fast at the time of check in, the room was clean. There is a market a few feet away and you can walk to the beach. My stay was great.

Clean and close to lots of great beaches, the staff give great support and advice!

Clean accommodations close to many great options. Basic facilities for the kitchen but very functional. It allowed us to do breakfast and dinner at the place while eating lunch at all the local spots. The staff were kind, helpful, and clearly willing to put in the work to help guests enjoy their visit. They are putting in work to get the apartments back in shape after Covid but the clean space made our visit delightful!

Some TLC is needed but you can see the staff is working on it, nothing hampered our visit.

Good location and a quiet setting.

I liked the quaintness and the quietness of the property. The owner was very receptive to my concerns and needs and very acommodating once I made contact with him

I had a little trouble gaining access. I was sent an email for access but since I was traveling I did not receive the email so I was a little confused. Once I made contact with the owner it was very easy and the owner was very recpetive to my needs and concerns as they arose.

Perfect stay close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world

Good sized apartment with a patio next to the pool. Small complex of only five apartments so it never gets too busy outdoors. The pool has an appealing shape and quite a decent size. What we liked the most was the communication with the owner, he was always available and ready to give advice and help us with anything. Carolina, the lady that takes care of the apartments was one of the loveliest persons we have ever met. She speaks English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento.

Nice, clean and affordable stay in Aruba

Everything was okay, the apartment is not far from the airport.. there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby perfect location to be honest. The host is also very friendly and helpful.

Perfect quiet low key place very convienent location

Nice hidden gem in Aruba. Host was very friendly and super accommodating, I was allowed to check in earlier. Clean and quiet apartment just what I needed as a solo traveler to relax and focus

Perfectly located vacation rooms close to Eagle Beach

Safe and secure location. Room equipped with two separately operating air conditioning machines. Sufficient pool and a comfortable poolside area. Bed was comfy with a good pillow arsenal. Very close to one of the islands biggest supermarkets (Superfood). Walking distance (10 min) to Eagle beach & bust stop.

Problems with the gas operated stove - 1 was unfunctional and 1 had an irregular flow of gas. Also kitchen equipment needs more attention. Occasional roach encounters, but this seemed to be taken care of by the staff. Very windy in the backyard, so hang on to your valuables.

Great value for the money.

It was great value for the money. Aruba is very expensive and Genesis apartments was exactly what we were looking for. The owner was incredibly helpful. I am very glad we chose to stay at Genesis apartments. Parking was very easy at Genesis apartments. Genesis apartments is walking distance form the beach, but if you want to see what Aruba has to offer, you need a car.

Great Place to Stay

Marjorie goes above and beyond to make sure each guest has what they need. Short, very short walk to Eagle Beach. Even closer to Super Food. Exactly as pictured.

Excellent place to stay

The hostess Marjorie always asked if I needed anything so anyone who complains about something missing is just wrong. The property is exactly as pictured and described. Absolutely a short, very flat and easy walk to Eagle Beach. Besides groceries there are several nearby places to eat. As a single, older woman I felt extremely safe the whole two weeks. The pool is cool and beautiful. Everything in the posting is true. Lovely place to stay.
