Terrible

The cleanliness of the room and the facilities.

I booked the room for 24 hours (from 21.07.2023, 08.00 am)and I had mentioned the same check in time during the booking. However, the staff allowed me to stay only for 5 hours. (From 08.00 am, 21.07.2023 to 01.00 PM). They also charged us Rs. 900 instead of Rs. 800 mentioned in the booking. This caused me, a completely blind person and my friend huge inconvenience.

Good but there's scope for improvement

Staff was very nice even though the person Mr.Balan was handling alone. Very jovial person and helpful.

Food and breakfast not available in hotel, for every need either we have to go outside or order thru food app. Which for family is not possible.TV channel are only in local language. Bathroom too small

I just did not stay because I could not like the ambience

I went with my family in my car. There was no car parking. I saw the room but only little ventilation. It was a crowded place inside a bazaar. You feel insecure to allow family alone.
