Would love to come back

Apartment is in great location - not so close to the bus or train station, but if you are not in a rush and don't have heavy luggage, you can easily reach the apartment on foot in about 20 minutes. Apartment is located on a 3rd floor, but there's an elevator inside, so no problems here. The host did not speak a lot of English, but was very nice and did his best to make my stay great and explained a lot about the city, its surroundings and sightseeings. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen (as as well as the apartment) very clean with all possible amenities, spacious well lit bathroom with a lot of shelves for your things etc. The neighborhood was pretty quiet - during the day there was some noise from the street or from the neighbors, but at night everything was quiet. Also the windows in the bedroom have double doors and blinds, so it's pretty sound-proof.

The only thing, which could be improved, is the lighting in the entryway - it was pretty dark even with all light bulbs on. And a door-chain to be able to lock the apartment from the inside would definitely improve the sense of security (currently apartment does not lock manually from the inside).

Excellent central location

The location of this property is fantastic. Right in the center and a couple of minutes walk from some of the best restaurants and cafes in Murcia. The apartment was super clean and very secure. The host was very responsive and helpful.

The noise insulation isnt the best. Noise outside and from other flats are quite loud.
