Desconexión del mundanal ruido en mitad del parque natural de Sant Llorenç de Munt i l'Obac a sólo 45 minutos de Barcelona. Fantásticas vistas a Montserrat. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, respetando el entorno rústico. Gastronomía de muy alto nivel con excelente relación calidad-precio. Marc es un anfitrión (y cocinero) excepcional.

Desconnecta en mig de la natura

No es pot demanar més. Casa Joana és un lloc especial on et sents desconnectada de tot, en mig de la natura. Costa de creure que estàs a menys d’una hora de la ciutat de Barcelona. El Marc ens va fer un sopar increïble y un esmorzar que ens va servir per fer una bona ruta per la zona. Les habitacions estan molt bé resoltes. Amb un gust cuidat. Tot net i correcte amb un tracte súper amable d’en Marc.

The setting is out of this world. Truly breathtaking.

Breakfast was delicious, as was supper the night before. Marc and his family were very welcoming. There are three family bedrooms and the other Spanish guests were friendly. There were log fires in the evening and the room was warm. The buildings and decor are charmingly rustic inside. The large terrace and spectacular views felt like a real find. There's no distant motorway noise, no neighbours. It's a real escape. On Marc's advice, we took a beautiful circular walk in the mountains the next morning and discovered the cave, fountains and a barraca along the way.

Unique place not to be missed

We stopped for one night, on our way to Cardona, and we could not have found a better place. We loved everything: the old farm house, full of character, the location (quiet, elevated position on the western side of Sant Llorenc, de Munt and Obac natural park), the room and decor, the facilities; they serve a great breakfast and we were nicely surprised with an impressive evening meal cooked by Marc, who is a professional chef. He kindly gave us info about the surroundings and after breakfast, we went for a short walk in the forest that set us up perfectly for the day ahead. The family (including Marc's mother, who helped in the evening service) was very welcoming. They have two beautiful dogs. With more time, and especially in summer, I could spend hours in their magnificent open courtyard, with uninterrupted views all the way to Montserrat. A unique place.

A wonderful stay with amazing views and delicious food!

We had a wonderful stay at Masia Casa Joana! The property is beautiful and has amazing views of Montserrat mountains. It's an ideal location if you're looking for peace and quiet and wish to be surrounded by unspoiled nature. There are plenty of nice walks to do, and it's very close to Montserrat and parc naturel de sant llorenç del munt. The Deluxe family room is very spacious, comfortable and clean. But the best thing about this place is the delicious food that Chef Marc prepares every evening! If you're staying there we highly recommend to book the dinners there! Breakfast is good too. Thank you Miriam and Marc for your hospitality! We hope to return :)
