Wifi… there is no wifi inside. Only option is to pay for it but that also did not work.

Eine gute Zeit in einer netten Unterkunft

Super nettes Personal das jeden Wunsch erfüllen konnte! Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft in El arenal!

Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach, aber das ist wirklich nicht sooo schlimm gewesen!

Good location, clean and big apartment

They make you pay for the Wi-Fi and it doesn’t work at all there’s just no service for the internet And there’s no pool or outdoor space

The location was fantastic!

Maria was exceptionally helpful

Was noisy as you are above a bar/restaurant and rowdy people throughout the night

Location close to the beach and shops, 24 hours reception

The facilities are dirty and not nice, towels were dirty, nothing in the kitchen, no water, didn’t feel like home

great location, good size room, very friendly and helpful staff

walls had marks on them and occasionally dirty, room wasn’t cleaned during our stay

in general good stay, and very good staff at the reseption

good location it had everything you need, towels, plates, cutleries, hair dryer iron table etc

you need to pay for the wifi… that’s a pity considering that everything else is pretty good and all the hotels give free wifi nowadays

Fantastic. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great location and amazing view. shops, restaurants and pub’s all on the doorstep. Beach just across the road, you can hear the waves from the room.

it’s was little bit dirty, but after consultation with the staff they gave us an option to switch room. in general all building could use little bit more cleaning

This place is next to beach, restaurants, clubs and pubs. Staff was so friendly and polite. That area's so safe. I will stay again. Thank you

Brilliant large room and balcony in superb location couldn't of asked for more .

Receptionist was very friendly had booked in online so just had to collect keys

Kitchen missing some cooking accessories and teapot. Beds.

Location is very good, 3min to sea, 3min to buss station. And couple minutes to grocery store.

Pleasant stay

Beach just around the corner Lidl and other local grocery shops close by. Cleaning products for kitchen not provided, but asked receptionist for a sponge and a dish soap and maid provided one. Staff was friendly. Early check in.

Quite a noisy location, cleanliness of the room was pretty dusty but overall okay; could tell that nobody stayed in the room before us for a while. Kitchen very little equipped, one pan and one saucepan with two forks and one knife, but for two people don’t need much more. no coffee machine or kettle even thou it’s listed as available.

No wifi. No breakfast. Room service only alternate days.
