Wonderful hotel

The hotel is in the centre of the town, very close to restaurants and shops. It has a beautiful garden where breakfast is served every morning. The breakfast itself is one of the best I have had and the staff at the restaurant is very friendly and nice, especially with children. They have a great and spacious car park just across the street, so we didn’t have to worry about parking. Our room had a wonderful balcony where we had a glass of wine every night.

The cleanness in the bathroom can be improved.

Hotel maravilhoso, lindo e calmo,com restaurantes e uma padaria excelentes do lado e na frente.Limpeza impecável. Atendente Alícia muito atenciosa e educada.Estacionamento próprio,facilita muito. A igreja ao lado deixa o hotel mais bonito ainda!Super recomendo.

Relaxing, fantastic value stay in Ses Salines

Very well maintained property with beautiful garden and pool area in the centre of Ses Salines and in easy walking distance to all the restaurants in the village. Staff was exceptionally friendly, in particular at the pool bar. Amazing value for money - can only recommend.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. The rooms are a bit sparse compared to the common and outdoor areas.

Loved it. Beautiful place in a beautiful town.

The whole place is absolutely beautiful, including the views from the rooms. The main garden area where the pool is kind of feels like you’ve gone back in them. Also - one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had!

Beds weren’t BAD, but were by no means the most comfortable. I think they need to be upgraded / modernised

Extraordinary place to relax

I liked everything, the place it outstanding beautiful and the location perfect. Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. One of the best places I ever stayed. Breakfast was excellent.

Lovely stay in the middle of Salinas

Such a beautiful hotel in the middle of a nondescript town. But convenient to amazing beaches and other towns in the area. The pool area was seriously an oasis. So calm and peaceful. Room was nice and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place but reception lady could be nicer….

Beautiful old historic building! Nice pool, everything very clean, nice breakfast, good location close to beaches.

The main lady at reception just wasn’t very friendly. She was very abrupt and just seemed a bit rude. It felt difficult to approach her for things. They put us in a room that had no windows at all, when we made the booking we made the booking looking at the photos that are shown for the room on bookings.com but that was not our room. The lady at front desk agreed to move our room but we still had to pay extra which we felt was unfair. She just wasn’t kind at all… it really ruined the place for me otherwise everything was pretty great…

Divine.

A great hotel set in beautiful grounds . Lovely pool and excellent outside bar with shady seating. Very well appointed room. Absolutely immaculate everywhere Our stay was further enhanced by the charming staff. Located right in the the centre of Ses Salines meant a handful of restaurants and bars available very close by. Loved everything about the hotel and can’t wait to return. A great find!

This hotel and it’s staff ruined our stay. They mislead and mistreat the guests.

We booked a room on booking.com. The price was 151 euro’s without breakfast and 173 with breakfast!!The pictures were of a nice renovated room with own terras and separate shower and bath. It was our last day of holiday and we wanted to relax in a nice hotel. Upon arrival they gave us an old room without a proper window let alone an own terras and no separate shower. The bath leaked water. When I complained saying that I didn’t pay 173 euro’s for a room like this, the front desk lady said that the other rooms aren’t available and that the next time I should call her if I want to book a renovated room (!!!???). I told her that I couldn’t know that there are also old rooms since there are no pictures nor any information about that on booking.com and that the hotel is misleading the travellers. She said that it is just for one night (meaning: don’t be such a pain in the neck). I filed a complaint with Booking that same afternoon and Booking acknowledged that I had every right to be unsatisfied and contacted the hotel. In the evening I explained the situation once again to another front desk lady and the only thing she could say was: I am just a receptionist, I have no authority, I didn’t put those pictures on Booking.com, we don’t have other rooms, I can’t help you, it’s just for one night, fill out the survey, come back tomorrow and talk to the manager but she couldn’t tell when the manager was present. The next day Booking.com informed me that the hotel was willing to pay a compensation. So I walked to the reception and the lady of the day before said that SHE (meaning: you should be very grateful) is giving me a discount of 13 euro’s!!!!! I thought that I misunderstood her but no, she was really offering me a discount if 13 euro’s. I said that I will not accept that and if she doesn’t offer a proper solution I escalate further to Booking.com. Then she asked what I was willing to pay.

Quiet and tranquil

Beautiful and quaint boutique hotel close to Santanyi. Beautiful pool area. The beds were huge and very comfortable! (Too comfortable) Friendly staff who helped with all our requests. Very clean and well maintained. Felt more like a 5* hotel ! Also very quiet. Thank you for a great holiday.

Location is outstanding, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfy, nice easy breakfast, beautiful pool area like old finca style surroundings, Mallorcan magical

pool towels should be given at the pool, the coffee machine during breakfast was very bitter

Beautiful hotel; quiet and relaxed vibe. The pool area is so nice. The town of Ses Salines has restaurants, cafés. Short drive to beautiful beaches. Staff is friendly and helpful.
