Aceptable

La ubicación es buena, a pocos minutos a pie del centro. La habitación es amplia.

No estaba demasiado limpio. Las sábanas, edredón y toallas tenían manchas. Además de tener lo mínimo que se despacha en cuanto a menaje: 2 platos hondos, 2 llanos, 2 cucharas, 2 tenedores, 2 cuchillos....

mam nadzieje, ze tam nie wroce

Lokalizacja obiektu

Deklarowana wielkość pokoju podana była chyba z powierzchnią balkonu. Sam pokój, to było łóżko w kuchni. Samo łóżko trzymało się resztką sił - stelaż ruszał się na wszystkie strony, a dodatkowe wsporniki pod spodem były uszkodzone. Meble, ściany, podłoga, listwy - wszystko miały ślady uszkodzeń. Wyposażenie kuchni to 2 kubki, 1 szklanka, 2 płaskie talerze, 1 talerz głęboki. Było nas dwoje, więc musieliśmy korzystać na zmianę. Dostaliśmy tylko 2 duże ręczniki. Nie było ręcznika do rąk czy innego. Z prysznica woda lała się na podłogę i nie było możliwości wytarcia. Był dostępny mop, ale tylko plastikowy uchwyt, bez części materiałowej, więc był bezużyteczny. Umywalka w łazience miała uszkodzony odpływ i nieszczelny syfon, przez co zapach unosił się na cały pokój.

Pomylony pokój ponieważ zamiast 2 łóżek i 2 łazienek dostałem pokoj z jednym wspólnym łóżkiem i jedna lazienką ( 504 zł ) , w recepcji po zgłoszeniu pomyłki nie otrzymałem zamówionego pokoju bo był już zajęty.musialem dokupić kolejny o takim samym standardzie jaki otrzymałem przez pomyłkę hotelu w cenie ( 135zl ) brak odzewu na zgłoszenie sprawy do booking

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament bardzo ładnie urządzony, cichy, elegancki.

Generalnie wszystko wyglądało ok. Wiadomo apartament jest już nieco wyeksploatowany i przydałyby się lekkie poprawki nie mniej jednak urządzony jest gustownie z bardzo dobrej jakości materiałów. Lokalizacja świetna. Klimatyzacja sprawna. Pralka, zmywarka, piekarnik.

Brak mikrofali. Apartament Został wynajęty dla 3 osób jednak pościeli było za mało- jedynie dwie, ręczniki też tylko dwa duże. Poduszki w sypialni powinny być inne (spaliśmy na poduszkach dekoracyjnych, pełen komplet pościeli był tylko jeden ale brakowało w nim prześcieradła, pod tym względem to porażka). Prysznic bez kotary, niewydajny odpływ pod prysznicem, stało się w wodzie, która wylewała się praktycznie pod drzwi łazienki.

Don't recommend this place.

Good location

Not very clean. Mold in the bathroom. Terrible bed. Bed linen didn't feel fresh or clean.

Very relaxing and pretty good.

Clean and quiet. Perfect for few days, close to Centrum of the city. Downstairs you have restaurants and coffee shops.

The price is bigger than few months ago, especislly in week-end.

Good location, nice big room, aircon, washer and clothesline. Most things you would need for a short trip. They can store luggage when you leave.

The mattress was so uncomfortable, I don’t know even know what it was made of but it really ruined the rest of the apartment. Smaller things, there was no bathmat so the water would go everywhere after showering and you’d have nothing to stop it. Also there were things missing from the kitchen- they gave us coffee but nothing to prepare it in? We didn’t let staff know though so I feel they would replace this if you asked.

The breakfast for me!

It was easy to get to from the train station. The apartment was very well equipped with tea coffee and sugar. Lovely lounge and comfortable bed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I think that alone was the icing on the cake for me. Within walking distance to the many eating places and the old town.

There were stains on the sofa, the shower leaked. I wasn't so keen on the receptionist when I booked in but that is my personal opinion. She was a bit scatty, told me to take the lift to my room but didn't give me card to use the lift. I was stood there like a dodo wandering why it won't move then she came running with the card!

Decent, worth the money but many things could improve

So it was extremely clean and the accommodation had quite a lot of useful things such as kettle, kitchen, fridge.. etc. It is basically a studio.

I hated the curtains, terrible curtains, and the pillows were also not good.

Inexpensive and had everything

Inexpensive and has everything: Microwave, fridge, several kitchen utensils, coffee, tea, salt, sugar, washing machine, hairdryer, TV-set, balcony. The location is perfect 13 minutes away from the centre. All the bus/tram stations are just nearby.

The shower didn't have the door so the water splashed on the floor near the sink so it's better to have slippers with u. Unfortunately the hairdryer didn't have the function of cool drying.

The location of the property is very good. It is located near the center and the tram.

It is passable, but definitely overpriced.

The receptionist was very helpful. She found a parking space for me. The localisation was a perfect match for me. Shopping mall on the other side of the street, a fancy restaurant and a coffee shop in the same building.

Even though I got confirmation that I had a reservation for a parking lot when I came to get the keys for parking it appeared there was no free space for me and they knew nothing about a reservation. There is a lot of broken furniture in the room. The worst thing is the noise. Even though they stated that the facility has quiet hours from 22:00, there were huge sound leaks from the street, the restaurant below and the neighbours.

Comfortable stay at OVO apartments

Great location and it was very comfortable. Clean room and comfortable bed. It was great having a balcony also and we were near bars and restaurants.

Everything was fine with the place, but at arrival we were asked to leave a deposit of 20 euro for the garage key-card and the morning after when we returned the key-card, we were told that our money were unfortunately lost!!! The young lady at the desk ensured us that we will receive a refund on our bank account, but nobody ever responded to our e-mail after that and nobody bothered to refund us.

We were defruaded. We were asked for a 20 euro deposit for the garage key-card at arrival, but they never gave the deposit back when we returned the key-card to them.

Some of the apartments need renovation. Rules of renting are very strict. Feels like the just there for money not for clients. However staff are very helpful but they must have so much pressure from the bosses!

the room was nice and spacious. very clean.

Well, for £270 for two days I would expect to have shower gel at least. hair drying so tiny, it would take 5h to dry your hair.

Superb

Great location with super easy access to several medical facilities and close to the city centre, new appartaments, clean, nice design.

The shower glass is too short and there is no floor towel/mat provided, which leads to bathroom floor being flooded with water every time you shower (no matter how careful you are). Also, there are some small things missing in the kitchen, for example there was only one coffe mug, one wine glass etc.- it didn't matter to us for this stay, but it's a bit weird, especially if you need to use the kitchen with your partner/family.

Very nice

Very good location, close to the market square where the Christmas fair was taking place. Staff very polite and helpful, the lady at reception was happy to help us on the spot. The room was clean and nice, a big plus. Everything was gratifying. :)
