sorprendente

Tiene una muy buena ubicación. Los exteriores del alojamiento son muy lindos, preferimos ir afuera de la habitación par disfrutarlos que quedarnos en la habitación.

No había desayunos, estaba cerrado. Había fugas en los baños, la ducha fuga y las juntas de los guardaescobas ya no servían. La habitación no tiene luz natural así que la vista es un muro en el cual se cae agua también.

El personal es distraído y los huéspedes a lado mío pusieron música hasta altas horas de la madrugada y la recepción nunca hizo nada al respecto

El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, y esta centrico.

No hay frazadas o algo con que cubrirse de forma confortable del frio, solo sabanas muy delgadas, hay 0 agua potable disponible en la habitación.

Confortable, mais minimaliste. Il y a place a l'amélioration.

Le matelat et les oreillers étaient très confortables. La douche avait un bon jet fort et de l'eau chaude. Le restaurant adjacent était délicieux. La piscine est petite, mais exactement comme sur les photos.

Ils affichent un prix alléchant à 1300 pesos, lorsqu'on arrive c'est plutôt 1800 avec la taxe et les frais de services. Aussi, sur le site il est indiqué qu'ils offrent le service de garder les valises en attendant le check in. Toutefois, à l'acceuil, ils m'ont dit qu'ils n'offraient pas ce service... cela me semble frauduleux. J'ai du argumenter pour qu'ils gardent ma valise. Tous les bruits du corridor s'entendent dans la chambre, à n'importe quel heure. Aucun savon en barre n'est fourni. Il y a seulement un distributeur de savon et de shampoing liquide dans la douche. De plus, le savon liquide semblait dilué à l'eau. Sachez egalement que certaines chambres n'ont pas de fenêtre, donc c'est assez sombre. Aussi, seule un petit drap mince est fourni pour dormir.

Good value for money

The location is very good, not too far from the center, but not too close to have a bit more quiet time.

Payment by card gets charged with high fees. Rooms in the first floor are very noisy in the morning since they are close to the kitchen.

There wasn’t any quiet time. family out by pool after 11P with kids running up and down hallway. I finally had to get up to tell front desk if they could tell people to be mindful of other guests trying to sleep. only the kids were told but not the parents nor family out by pool area. that happened two nights in a row 😩

Terrible! Avoid, nothing like the photos!

Netflix, location was okay

No water or even hand soap/wash!! (Let alone the normal basic amenities) The bathroom was gross! Super small you couldnt sit on the toilet properly. The sheets and towels were stained every day with old stains that hadnt been cleaned properly. NOTHING like the photos!

The location was good, quite place in walking distance from the center.

There was no wi-fi in the rooms and there was not an actual common area to sit, so we had to sit in front of the reception desk in order to connect. The stuff was indifferent and the room was a bit run down. Overpriced for what it offers.

Good location.

Bit shabby all round. Noisy corridors. Large families took over the communal areas at all times meaning the pool was not useable. Hotel family party on day 2 blocking off pool area so again could not use. They should inform others guests at time of booking if this is happening.

Charming, clean hotel, next to excellent 30th ave restaurants and 5 minute walk to 5th ave

The restauant offers breakfast and lunch at a little restauant called Cafe 8, it is part of the hotel. The food variety and quality are excellent. We dined here several times and at other nearby restauants which their own specialities, although we prefer to eat Mexican cuisine when in Mexico, the neighborhood has many international restaurants and all were excellent. The hotel itself is cleaned everyday by friendly staff. The front desk and management staff also are very friendly and helpful and greet everybody with a genuine smile. The hotel has a small pool in a quiet area that is very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was fresh.

The towels were old and worn out. Some of the rooms lacked a view. The old chairs in the suite are very uncofortable and the kitchen itself completely lacked cookware, untensils and serving plates, glasses, cups, etc. We had to ask the front desk for glasses so we could pour our juice. The front desk clerk was surprised when I reported that the kitchen was lacking these items which means, management should be paying more attention to the premises. The pool are was clean but the pool itself had murky water and obviously needs a good cleaning. It should be drained and the walls scubbed of algae.

I liked their pool. They're close to the park where they have events and lots of food options.

It a little bit of a walk with luggage to get to the ferry if you're planning to go to Cozumel. The sink in the living room and bathroom wasn't the cleanest. There was hair all over. The Internet doesn't work too well.

nice room with really cozy beds. the roof top was really great and it was big enough to do exercise on. my friend forgot his airpods and the staff was kind enough to email us about them so he got them back :)

I really do not raccomand this hotel

only the location was great.

The shower in the room didn’t work at all. The water was coming slow and I couldn’t wash my hair. We ask to reception to change room and they sad they will send a handyman to fix the issue but actually when we came back at the end of the day we check - and the shower 🚿 was the same no working at all. Also - the window was very high with strong metal bar and a wall in front. I was feeling that I was sleeping on a prison..😣

It’s not a Hilton or Marriott ….The place is clean and they cleaned it everyday ……5-7 minute walk to beach …….nice little courtyard …….everything close OXXO ,WALMART only 1 to 2 blocks away

When it rained it had a smell in the bathroom from the sewage ….which they came and tryed there best to clean the drains……that I didn’t like but loved how they tryed to fix it quick

The room was big.

Staff doesn't speak English. After cleaning the room they didn't give new soap and shampoo, and didn't change the towels. There was noise from rooms around.
