Отличное расположение в центре города. Рядом много продуктовых магазинов. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком.

beklediğimiz odadan daha büyük bir oda verilmesi çok hoşumuza gitti,kahvaltısı güzel yeterli,konum yürüyerek 15 dkda merkezi yerlere ulaşılabilir, çalışanlar çok yardımsever

Needs improvments

The staff was friendly and helpful

The rooms are not well cleaned baby crib was broken they serve u only 2 bottle of water even if u ask for one more they dont give you and i had a baby i needed to do milk for him When you ask for room cleaning they dont use vacum machine on the floor and dont change bed sheets it had baby food on it and didnt change it

Расположение близко к центру. До всех достопримечательностей рукой подать. Рядом много ресторанов с вкусной едой. Завтрак полный и хороший

Скудный завтрак. Плоха уборка. Мусор не убирали. Туалетную бумагу пришлось просить.

beautiful hotel, great location, excellent service, value for money!

comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms. excellent location with everything at walking distance! the staff was incredible and very hospitable 😇 we had most prominent landmarks nearby and could easily access food, groceries, and activities/tours.

Neat & clean, centrally located hotel in Baku city. English speaking staff.

The rooms are tastefully done. They have upgraded my room to the Executive Suite. Their Breakfast spread was good and economical. It was a great comfy stay at Saphire Inn. Hotel staff (from bell boys to help desk and house-keeping to the restaurant) was very helpful and courteous.

Perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel...it is the same as shown in the pictures...staff is cooperative and always available... location is perfect since everything is just walking distance from the hotel .. very easy to access market place, restaurants and nearby attractions...we highly recommend Sapphire Inn for family travel... thank you

Centrally located value for money property

This property is located centrally in central Baku. The main attractions like Old Baku city, Nizami Strrl, Boulevard and highland park are at walkable distance. The rooms are super size and so is heart of each staff member. Everyone is eager to help the guests. Specially Mr.Ozxan at the reception. Our request for early check in and late check-out were considered by hotel staff and itvmade our arrival and departure more comfortable. Mr. Ozxan also helped us for money exchange also. and understanding local map Though the buffet breakfast was well spread, but had limited vegetarian options , but the restaurant staff took special efforts to provide us vegetarian breakfast items. The WiFi is available in all the areas and have good speed.
