Really awful and disappointing. I was travelling with my teenage son and he was horrified by where we ended up having to

Nothing. The property I paid for was changed on the day and when we arrived it was in the basement of a terraced house in the middle of a run down really rough part of the city. It was disgusting.

Location - moved from an apparent me t to a grubby basement of a terrace house in a run down, council estate

Very poor

Lockbox for the key - however, had to chase for the key code as it wasn't actually sent through as it had mentioned it would be.

There was a strange odour in the apartment. It was in a rough looking area. It wasn't very nice.

Awful stay

Broken window, broken chairs, no hot water, stains on walls from leaks, mucky plates in cupboards, getting relocated to a different apartment as someone else was in this one. There were no fire alarms they had been removed

Door handles missing, large pieces of plaster missing from walls and very large cracks in the ceiling, cigarette burns in the sofa, iron burn marked carpets, toilet seat fell off

Would highly recommend this property looking for somewhere to stay in Leeds

Really good communication, property was clean and better than we had expected, exceeded expectations and couldn’t ask for anything more. I would without a doubt recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Leeds and ourselves will definitely look to come back in future when we next come to Leeds. Thanks again to the host for being so welcoming to us and look forward to next time! :)

Night in Leeds

It could house many people for the evening for 7 people, letting us stay together rather than getting separated accommodation

There was no tea/coffee milk supplied Wasn't the cleanest but satisfactory Hard to find with address sending to wrong location Could do with a freshen up

it’s okay if you just need somewhere to sleep , but wouldn’t recommend if you wanted a nice apartment away

Never again

There wasn’t anything to like about this property, we were told we weren’t staying here so can only review where we stayed! It was nothing like the pictures, and there were no positives except there was off street parking and early check in

The toilet window didn’t close, it was freezing cold, there was only one key for one door that didn’t shut properly! There was ACTUAL chewing gum hardened and stuck on the inside of the bed sheets!! The bin in the smaller room wasn’t emptied, you couldn’t access the wardrobes as there were beds pushed against them. I will not be staying here again!

Exceptional

They upgraded us when we couldn’t find the apartment, paid £120 per person for a 4 bedroom house that was very cosy and has good facilities.
