Absolument parfait

Nous avons adoré ce logement. Grand, propre, confortable. L’hôte est disponible gentil et réactif La literie est bonne. La salle de bain est de qualité. Grand frigo et de quoi cuisiner à disposition. Volets occultants. Facilité de stationnement devant le logement ou dans la rue. Très bien placé pour aller à pied dans la vieille ville.

Pleasant stay very close to Ortigia and the central part of Siracusa.

good size appartment and the courtyard was a bonus.

My wife did not like the lingering smell of smoke but I had a cold and could not detect this. Room layout was a little awkward, with entrance to bedroom 1 and required passing thought bedroom 2 to get to the kitchen. Roomw as also not the one we had booked but it was good for the money.

Great accomodation.

Contact with owner was really good - Whatsaap or phone - no problem with check-in, owner were waiting for us when we arrived there. Really good price, apartment was really comfortable and cozy. I can reccomend it for everyone.

Some cracks on the wall, maybe additional glasses.

The appartment is suitably located just about 10-minute walk from main train station on the one of the main streets of the modern part of Siracuse. Still 20-minute leisure walk far from Ortigia island where the historical centre of the city is situated. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe in this area. Appartment was clean and spacious, built in Italian style. It means that the door from the street leads you right into the living room with kitchen and first double-bed (the other one is upon your head). The washing-machine was in the bathroom, which is perfect for the longer stay (not tried). The water pressure was great and hot water ready 24/7. Michele, the host, is very kind and flexible and speaks fluent English.

Bcs there is no hallway, you can sometimes hear the traffic noise from the street or pedestrians chatting while walking around. Nothing terrible. On the other hand, the appartment prevents you from neighbourhood sounds perfectly.

Very good

The accomodation is center located, everywhere you get within 15 minutes by walking. It's well and modern furnitured. Even though the entrance is right into the street we did't hear any noice from outside. Shop Conad was like 200m far. Host was friendly and tried to be helpful, was flexible when we changed our arrival time.

Mattress was a bit too soft for my taste. The floor was cold because of tiles (problem probably in Winter/Spring stays only), some slippers could be useful.

Nice place in good location

Spacious bathroom and air conditioner. 15 min walking to Ortigia as well as Archeological Park. Easy parking on thr street, just in front of the building.

Broken toilet seat. You can hear people walking through the staircase outside the window.

Good location with a lot of restaurants and shops. Safe environment to go out at night.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was very close to Ortigia about 7 minutes by walk to a lot of very good restaurants with exquisite food. Parking was no problem.

Nice place close to Ortigia

Very nice place to stay, very close to Ortigia. If you like to travel independently - this is the place for you. Separate apartment with all necessary things, clean and nice. A small kitchen with everything you need, a comfortable bed, a quiet place. We left our car on a free parking near the house. It was a good option, because in Ortigia there is a problem to leave a car. Michele was very kind, he met us on time on the day of arrival and departure. We liked our stay in this appartment, we would like to stay here next time with great pleasure. Thank you.

Fabulous

Easy and fast communication upon arrival and check out. The place is just as shown in the pictures. Internet is stable and AC works well. Short walking distance to the Ortigia Island. Michele was a very friendly host and gave us some tips when we arrived. Supermarket and useful shops within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again if we visit Siracusa again!
