Not a great option

It was near the metro to airport and a nice park

It wasn't clean or well-maintained and we saw a rat outside. Everything was run down and felt seedy

Je n'ai pas aimé le comportement de réceptionniste qui travaillait le soir, peut-être il était fatigué mais il m'as transmis une énergie négative sans aucune raison.

Rien de rien pas vaisselle( pas de cuillère ni couteau…. Mais vraipent rien juste un micro onde )

Je n’est rien aimer cette établissement je les payer pour rien car elle est infectée de punaise de lit je suis vachement folle d’avoir réservé chez eux et surtout avec mon bebe

Fonctionnel, mais loin d’être confortable.

C’est au centre, proche des transports publics

J’ai attrapé des punaises de lit. La cuisine n’a ni frigo, ni cuisinière, ni couverts…juste une table et un micro-ondes. Il n’y a qu’un WC/Douche (commun) pour tout l’étage. Il n’y a que 2 prises électriques par chambre.

Colchão é bom, os armarios grandes, banheiro confortável.

Nao tem utensilios de cozinha, precisei comprar garfos e facas, nao tem fogao, só um microondas e sem panelas. Muito difícil cozinhar sem estrutura.

Staff was good enough. Bathrooms were cleanish.

The bathroom situation is terrible. Terrible! You only get one bathroom per floor, otherwise you have to go outside (they have 4 okeish bathrooms with showers on their garden) and they’re in the bottom floor so good luck if you’re on the top ones. Kitchen is only a decoration, no cutlery whatsoever. Bring your own knife! Location sucks.

near the city

the staff, the bald manager kept scaring me and told us off for using ac in our room even though we paid for it. the bald manager was very rude and whenever he was angry with us he would say he would call the police. I don’t recommended this accommodation at all and the staff aren’t great..

Pathetic, horrible, disaster. Did not like the behaviour and checkout from the reception desk.

Horrible experience, waited for 2 hours for check in procedure. Staff does not speak other languages other than Portuguese. Every question asked was forward to another person on mobile.

It’s ok for a quick solution.

A good location, close to the metro which makes it an easy access to other parts of the city. Decent value for short term stay.

The property is overall pretty worn down and although had some fix ups it’s still very makeshift. In need of a general refurbishment. Shared bathrooms were not cleaned frequently enough.
