If I'm ever working in Inverness again I'll be definitely staying at this property
It was spacious had a very nice kitchen with all you need and nice comfortable bed with nice smelling sheets. It was perfect.
The middle room only had one side to the set of curtains.

worthwhile despite some minor issues.
spacious good location
bottom toilet leaked. so smelt a little. sink in kitchen needs refitted it loose. dripping tap in kitchen annoying. I think there might be a an issue with the sealant in the upstairs bathroom as the kitchen work surface and behind the microwave was wet. plus I can see there was previous evidence of this.

Filthy, worn out look and feel - wouldn’t stay again
decent location
absolutely filthy. carpet’s extremely worn, sofa leg was broken so it was unsafe. dirty towels. bathroom was disgusting. entire place smelt like a swimming pool

Would not accept this house if offered in the future
The location was good and easy to find
This house has recently been renovated to a very good standard but as we entered we noticed straight away that the front hall carpet was turned up at the corners and had been for some considerable time without attention and was an instant trip hazard as we entered the front door. The toilets had not been cleaned properly as was evident in the on suite shower that was covered in stains and had only been wiped over leaving marks. The curtains in the twin room were hanging off the wall and one of them only had two curtain hooks. The kitchen had been wiped over with what I can best describe with a dirty greasy cloth and the cooker hood had not been cleaned in a long time. The carpets looked like they had never seen a hoover in a long time which was fairly obvious by the condition of the rug in the sitting room.

Great space, badly let down by housekeeping.
Super location. House ideally set out space wise. Nice touch that heating was on when we arrived, and the house was super cosy.
Where to begin... Such a shame that whoever does the housekeeping for this lovely house let's it down badly. And to make matters worse, some of the complaints are ones previously highlighted from other guests. Carpets dirty and definitely had not been hoovered. Dust is pretty bad behind bedside cabinets and sofa. Light bulb missing from ceiling pendant in bedroom and no replacements to be found. Shower in double bedroom a disgrace. Soap scum left on it and dirty round outside of shower tray. The shower/bath in the main bathroom is obviously leaking, and there's damage below because of this to kitchen ceiling.The grill pan was full of remnants from a previous visit. Obviously overlooked.

nice enough but road is busy! daughter thought a bit pricey
the property was central and east to find , the off street drive was good also. the property was in nice condition however a couple of areas let it down , the bath was broken, and the plastic around the screen was in desperate need of a bleaching . there has been a leak in the kitchen ceiling which requires a wee touch up as it detracts from the aesthetics of a comfortable home.

Needs cleaned better.
The house itself was nice. Quite mordern. Busy main road beside it, but you don't hear that when inside.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The bath was disgusting. I cleaned it soon as I came in. The shower curtain also. There was black hairs on the pillow on bed. The smell as you come in the front door is very unpleasant. The carpet throughout the house is filthy. Could do with getting a new one put down.
