Good value for money close to the city and pretty quiet spot

The room the location was great for are needs. loved that that the building had a cafe on site and that the supermarket was also on the same block. The rooms size was all that was needed .

Some of the fixtures were starting to show their age (range hood hinge broken tv remote not working due to corroded battery) but none of this bothered us the hood still worked and we used the bedroom remote. Confusion over arranging onsite parking having said that it was fixed on the day in minutes (thanks)

Had issues at the start but then enjoyed

The pool area and barbecue area.The location to shops and supermarkets.The Sussex Hotel

We arrived at 2.00pm and had to wait for the room to be cleaned waiting 45 minutes.Then found we had no hot water in bathroom and shower for two days.Paid for parking space only to leave and come back and someone else was in it.Emailed and was allocated undercover parking.Found it very frustrating that we could only email and not talk to the hotel staff.The apartment needed a booklet on the table on arrival of how to deal with these issues and even things like where to dispose of rubbish

2 bedrooms yes, location good, luxurious no.

Property is tired, blocked sinks, no hot water for laundry or kitchen. It’s an ok two bedroom place at an ok price. It’s certainly not luxurious as suggested in the advertisement.

Key fob for the car park didnt work the whole time and the staff couldnt fix it. Shower head needs fixing as was pointing at the wall.

Pool and BBQ area was nice but had a bad smell

Noisy - constantly woken up by noise from Woolworth loading dock . Bathroom was disgusting - mold in air vents Kitchen cabinets were falling off Given one room card for 4 people, took 3 days to get a second room key Cleaners constantly parking in our allocated car park

Easy check in and spacious apartment!

Lots of facilities. Felt like home. Laundry machine, clothes rack and things you may not find in other hotel apartments.

The mattress was a bit too soft. I could do with a firmer mattress.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was a good choice.

Good location for bus service to the city, plus supermarket, shops and restaurants all nearby.

The sink plugs need replacing, the rubber rings are worn and do not hold water. One of our door cards did not work.

The accommodation was tidy and comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Location was so close to the all the amenities. Very close to the city, parking on site, walking trails, supermarket, cafes, restaurants close by. Accommodation itself has the free WIFI, required cooking utensils(although we did not use any) and spacious enough for family of 4.

In the night, there was noise from the corridor and upper floors ,like people are moving or dragging furniture. Luckily we were too tired to bother too much about it but the noise was all through the night.

Location

The accusations of smoking in the apartment which was unfounded. Also the limited amount of dinnerware provided (1 x small cereal bowl for 4 people). Lastly the parking spot available was utilised by another vehicle on our last 2 nights.

A convenient apartment in good location.

Location was very good. Very handy being next to supermarket & a variety of nice cafes close by. Easy to get to city from here. Apartment was comfortable.
