Convenient and easy. 🧡

Convenient location. Walking distance to Mall of Asia. 😊 The people managing the property is so nice and accommodating. The lady even helped my son carry his two tumblers to the room. They responded as soon as they can when we had complaint on the room smell.

Expensive parking fees. For overnight, ₱300 overnight charge on top of the ₱50 per hour. For the First 4 hours is ₱50 and then per hour is ₱50. Not that I don’t understand the rules of the property, though. The room we were in, which is room 625, has some unpleasant smell. More like the smell of storage rooms. I can’t explain but we were not comfortable. We tried opening the AC for a bit longer because the contact person for the unit told us it might be the reason but it didn’t change after we left the AC open for few hours. Unfortunately, they can’t move us to other units they own because I believe I heard from them that all of their units are occupied. They are so nice though and I believe this unit has more to offer. Maybe they have to clean and sanitize it more that how they’re usually doing it? Anyway, there’s nothing that can be solved by making sure the units are presentable before letting the guests come in. ☺️❤️

Disappointing

The location was good

I booked that place for my sis and her kids, i saw that they have swimming pool and thought of the kids coz they like to swim. What i did not like is the host charged my sis 450 pesos(for 3 kids to use the swimming pool) and i dont think it is right that the owner have charged my sis for that it should be included already from the fees that i paid for 2 nights which was 4,800 php.

Superb

+ this is now my 3rd time to stay in their property so i trust that they can provide the consistent services and amenities that i expect + when we arrived, they were already waiting for us in the lobby to get in so i liked this + we had a convention in SMX, MOA area so the property has the best location, you can actually just walk to MOA if on comfortable shoes/sandals + definitely value for money, you wouldn't find this kind of price on a hotel in the same location + there's so many food options in the 1st floor around the building, you can also buy groceries in the convenience store and cook food in the property + we requested for an iron/plantsa and extra towel - they willingly provided for them + we requested for late check out and we were able to store our luggages in the room until 2pm + i noticed wifi was pretty much good now compared to the last time i was there last year so this was really good improvement + they have hair dryer

- i wished they had complementary small water bottles, coffee and tea - the microwave was far from the socket but good thing we brought an extension wire. still, they should have an extension wire in this area just for this appliance

Exceptional

Staff made sure everything is working specially tv and netflix before leaving, and we were orriented about things we need to know. Theres towel ❤️ no cocroach 😁 and its in front of MOA building so its a city view ❤️

None so far planning to book again here if needed

The location is good and easily access to shopping location

The owner change our unit last minute from block C to block B. The new unit has a lot of cockroaches at night.

Good location but bring insecticide and air freshener

Location is just in front of MOA which is one of the best malls in the Phils. Staff are friendly, courteous and accommodating. Lobby is always clean and smell nice. Convi store and eateries just outside the bldg. Area is secure and seems very safe. Wifi, netlix, you tube are running good. Water flow is good. Basic utensils present

I was greeted by a musky smell coming from under the sink and bathroom. Needed to buy air freshener to get rid of the smell. I have to buy insecticide for the roaches w/c are everywhere. Wash everything b4 using utensils bec cupboards and microwave have small roaches. Washer is also very dirty.

Not excellent but worth the price.

Close to MOA. Easy access to transportation. The availability of washing machine was nice.

They advertised wifi but it don’t work. The TV has no channels. The bed is no comfortable.

The owner and staff are all nice and very accommodating.They even let us leave our bag even if it's not yet check in time.My kids enjoyed our stay most specially the swimming pools.Thanks to Chin's place I hope we can come back again 🥰🙏

Accessible to MOA complex but had a bit of an uncomfortable stay

the property is very accessible to moa complex, owner was very kind and accommodating

encountered a few problems in the room. (1) the aircon was dripping, (2) there were a lot of small cockroaches, (3) the room was a little dusty, (4) the kitchen sink flooded when we tried to wash a few dishes, (5) the wifi stopped working in the middle of the night until we checked out

Tower A Unit 1115A - cockroaches everywhere. Cleanliness is the main concern.

Walking distance to SM MOA

Room is located at tower A unit 1115A; this unit has so many cockroaches, did not use the provided refrigerator, rice cooker and kettle as it has full of cockroaches. Did not turn off the light as cockroaches are everywhere even in the bed. I recommend to have thorough pest control of the unit. Washroom also smell so bad and the water heater in the shower needs some repair as it is tough to set the right temperature.
