The location and furnishings

I changed from 2 nights to 1 night and unbeknown to us, they moved our room which was a cheaper room as it was very small guest room but they never adjusted the price of the room which I find unacceptable. Surely if you changed the room to a smaller one then you a. Let the guest know b. Change the price accordingly. What a pity otherwise I definitely would recommend this Guest house. They are superior.

Unfortunately very uncomfortable

We booked this guesthouse laat minute on a trip because off the listing stating that there was air conditioning. We slept there on one of the hottest nights (37°C) and the air-con didn’t work, there wasn’t even a fan either. It was so uncomfortable that my husband and I barely slept, we felt like we were baking inside of a hot oven. Really un expectable, especially paying that price. When we told the staff about it they said they will make a note of it, very disappointed. There was also an empty container of shower-gel in the shower and the coffee mugs were dirty. Very dissatisfied as its such a pretty guesthouse.

Beautiful Guesthouse in Potch

Clean, spacious and beautiful room and friendly staff. Was a good experience all over.

Parking is a problem, too many cars for a small space. Can be a bit noisy since there are a lot of rooms close to each other.

Loved the beautiful room. Very neat and clean and lovely garden and surroundings.

The room was beautiful, clean, and neat. There was n small bottle of Sherry in the room to heat you up from the inside. The towels were soft and the bathroom was lovely. They have a Generator so Loadshedding isn't an issue - BIG thumbs up on that one

My only complaint was that the shower door didn't seal properly and the water messed up on the floor. But other than that we had no issues.

if it wasn’t for the location it would’ve been a very long disappointing weekend

the location was awesome.

rooms- there was only one towel per guest, no hand or face towel extra. breakfast- there was really not a lot of choices staff- the staff was not friendly at all. At breakfast they ignored us completely after we ask for cutlery. The manager came and wipe our table and gave us cutlery.
