Restaurant. Not many options and rather expensive. The location is not great if you do not have a car.

It is not a bad place at all, by any means. The price just does not reflect what you get.

There were things that we really liked like the disposition from the staff and some of the facilities like the pool and the grounds. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

We just felt the rooms were not up to the standards of the price we paid. You just expect better finishes from the rooms at this price and there were functional but very basic with rough finishes. Also, some of the staff had a hard time with their own menus, and sometimes (for example breakfast) they would forget to bring a plate that was included with the meal until they were reminded of it.

It was not what I expected

The forest view

The room was dusty and full of bugs (dead and alive), the sheets and towels were dirty as well. The room smelled musty. I couldn’t open the sliding door because the screen was tear. The wifi fails a lot. The breakfast could have been better in relation to the price. And I paid the “Superior Room”

Disappointing

The room was decent and clean

Staff wasn’t helpful or kind. There was a wasp nest in the terrace door (in the room) and we were stung by them, they didn’t even say sorry or do anything about it. Costumer service was very poor. The food was awful. We understand these things maybe do to staff shortage because of the pandemics but we will never go back there.

Very good

This hotel is situated on a marvelous place in the country-side. It has a swimming pool, but during our short stay it was raining. There are a lot of different birds, and we took some great photos of a toucan. The food was delicious, and the personnel excellent. Recommended!

Please be prepared that you need to make a drive if you don't want to eat at the hotel itself.
