recommended for transit passengers and NOT for business travelers

Only Manager and Owner who are polite. Understood the hotel runs on a lease building.

bathroom floor uneven, wall patches, bed sheets itching, No wi-fi working, complimentary breakfast include only tea and bread toast. The building owner should repair the defects.

The breakfast was there but very late service of it and there was only four toasted breads and tea.

I want refund of amount as the room which I was in is too bad for 1700 rs price, and was also very dirty with no TV, and hairs on floor and on bed. I have attached some photos of the room 206 of this fab hotel underbridge. There was also dust on headboard and no latch on main gate.

Hotel dont consider booking. Com bookings

I did booking from booking. Com But hotel said that they don't take booking of booking.com And then i had to pay Different and higher rates than the actual booking fare

So when reached hotel, they stated that the booking is not showing up in their system and you would need to check-in through the hotel directly and not booking.com. Plus they charged Rs.1300 against the actual tariff of Rs.757 shown by booking.com. Height was after check out, am receiving check-out message from booking.com. Now if you have checked in directly through the hotel, how are you receiving check-out message from booking.com. Hotel it looting people. There were other people as well having the similar issue.
