nice lokeshon in the neture,space in the room,good people, no far from center town, good price👍🙏

only think you have to wolk u to arrive in the place… but we are travelers not belydencer💪

Une adresse à retenir

Propriétaires charmants et très serviables. Le propriétaire nous a déposé à Adam s peak et est venu nous chercher. Sa femme nous a préparé une collation à emporter pour l ascension qu’elle nous a donné à 1h du matin. Les chambres sont simples et propres.

Очень хороший и добрый хозяин и его семья! Помогал со всем ! Мы приехали по плану на 2 дня в итоге остались на 4 :) Спасибо за всё Шанта!

Lovely hosts and a very good price-performance ratio

We had a comfortable stay at this accommodation. The host is very nice. He even dropped us at the Start point for the Adam’s Peak hike for free. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. It’s a bit far from restaurants/ shops etc.

The only thing to mention is the very low pressure of the showering water, the beds could be more comfortable as well.

雖然距離登山口有點距離，但反而是另一個優勢，擁有美麗湖景，但吃飯可能要看一下菜單的價格，才會知道自己吃多少錢

早上有接駁到登山口湖景很漂亮很適合放鬆

War alles sehr schön! Das Personal hilfsbereit. Uns wurde ein Tuktuk für die Fahrt zum adams Peak organisiert und bei der Weiterreise geholfen! Auch das Essen war sehr lecker☺️

Perfect homestay to explore Maskeliya area!

Easy access to Sripada mountain and owner knows about beautiful locations like waterfalls, sunrise points, sripada mountain view points etc., also their foods was tasty. It also was easy he has a tuk tuk that we could go my location anytime with him.

We had the private room for 1 night. Our experience here is really good! The owners are really friendly and speak great English. The room was good. They have a sweet puppy. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing ❤️👌😁👏

Perfect hotel on your journey to Adam's Peak with a free shuttle and the nicest host ever

We travelled as a group of 4 and stayed at Rashmika on our way to Adam's Peak. The owner is very friendly and polite. She welcomed us, arranged a free shuttle to Adam's Peak in the night (we climbed during night hours to see the sunrise), organized tuk tuks and even helped us with getting the right bus for our journey to Kandy. Our group split during the climb so we returned to Rashmika at different hours. Even though we were already checked out and only came back to collect baggage, the owner let us stay a little longer for free so we can sleep a little. She even offered free lemonade as we waited for our friends. I cannot recommend enough.

Outstanding hospitality and Lovely stay in an authentic village away from the touristy Delhouse.

Outstanding hospitality, thank you Elanga! delicious breakfast and dinner, lovely village lying between tea plantationsand the lake, slightly remote from Delhouse therfore quiet and less touristy.

Nothing. However, if you're coming by bus, don't hesitate to ask the driver early enough to drop you in laxapana, Maskeliya (otherwise it's a 30-40min easy walk from Delhouse to reach the place).

Very good

The host is really friendly and helpful. We received a free lift to the start of the hike and for the way back as well. Dinner and breakfast was tasty and good value for the price!

Lovely family, very nice facilities, so well taken care of

The family was super helpful and accommodating in terms of meal timing, getting me to Sri Pada for a 1:30am start and helping me reach my next destination. The room was lovely, comfortable, clean and spacious. Despite the fact that schools closed due to Covid-19 the Friday I was there and the family has three (adorable) children - the hosts in this 3-generational homestay were nothing but professional, gracious and warm. They also arranged transport for my onward journey - in fact the host Ashanta is a driver himself. I felt very comfortable here and it was a perfect base for exploring Sri Pada.

Good to know- This property isn’t in walking distance of the main part of town or the start of the hike. I opted for an early dinner at the homestay (and early to bed) and they served breakfast after the Sri Pada climb. Ashanta drove me to the start of the hike in the middle of the night without question.

Homestay with kind and warm people

The place is 2km away from the Adam's peak start, which is perfect to stay away from the crowd and be in a more traditional area. We have arrived in the afternoon and we have walked around the lovely lake which is like in the backyard. In the morning at 2 am the owner took us to the trail start and this was included in the accommodation, as well as the breakfast. We had also tried dinner cooked by the family and it was very good. The place is clean and we had a shower problem that was fixed immediately in the next 5 minutes. The owner and his family are very kind and good people and I really recommend this place if you plan to go to Adam's Peak.
