Very convenient location with great shopping options. options. options.

It’s in a convenient, safe location next to a train stop and big indoor shopping mall where you have a variety of restaurant choices and shopping options. My room and balcony offered a great view of the city.

En esta ocasión, la habitación con balcón, que fue una experiencia maravillosa.

Bueno..., sin menos preciar su trabajo, una señorita de la recepción de la mañana, cuando le preguntas algo sobre las habitaciones, no sabe tarde la información correcta ni los precios correctos

La suavidad e las camas para el descanso y la atención a cualquier situación que causa algunas veces incomodidad pasar descansar placenteramente

El desayuno es bueno, solo que se debe tener cuidado en el uso de mucha sal y grasa, así como el estado de la comida,he desayunado cuando me hospedo, pero si he tenido sorpresas con este tema.

FELICES FIESTAS

La atención de los recepcionistas es impecable, también el vallet parkin y quienes ayudan a subir y bajar el equipaje un gran equipo, además los meseros del restaurante muy amables.

HOTEL COMPLETAMENTE RECOMENDABLE PARA EL DF

Es un hotel que tiene las comodidades necesarias para una estancia a gusto en la ciudad. Muy limpio, las habitaciones de buen tamaño y tranquilo, pese a que se encuentra en una ubicación de mucho tráfico. Queda en un centro comercial grande que tiene de todo. Además transportarse es muy sencillo porque quedan prácticamente todos los medio de transporte a unos pocos pasos.

En recepción no nos explicaron sobre los servicios que presta el hotel ni dan indicaciones de como llegar a las habitaciones.

Buena ubicación

En la página del hotel, te di en que dentro de los servicios cuentas con estacionamiento. Y en la realidad, te engañan porque te cobran $100 por el estacionamiento. Muy mal.

Esta pasando en tu vida lo mejor

La ubicación permite realizar varias actividades que se requieren en la estancia en el hotel. Su comodidad también es otro punto para alagar este espacio que parece estar en casa.

Siento mucho no poder decir que algo no me gustó. Hasta el momento todo lo que veo es muy agradable, en todo lo que adorna por ejemplo la habitación es muy agradable a la vista y por comodidad por ejemplo el sofá, el escritorio permite realizar con comodidad el trabajo que se realiza con nuestra tableta o con la computadora.

Me eh hospedado en otros Fiesta INN y en las mañanas siempre ponen café en el pasillo, en este no y la tarifa suele ser más baja. Además de que en la habitación ponían más cosas como pasta dental, crema, etc... de ahí en fuera todo bien.

Las habitaciones e instalaciones son muy cómodas

Esta vez no me agradó que me hayan apresurado en el gimnasio cuando el horario que está en la pared dice que termina el servicio a las 11 pm. Ya después nos explicó esa persona que cambiaron el horario pero fue bastante incómodo, corrijan eso. Tampoco me agradó que la recamarista no me dejara el servicio de café de cortesía.

It was clean.

The poorest, least varied, worst serviced, and most expensive breakfast ($560 MXN) of my entire life in a hotel. Noisy air conditioning by night.

Muy bueno pero puntos a mejorar

La ubicación es perfecta pues esta a pasos del Tren Suburbano que conecta la Ciudad de México con el Estado de México y próximamente con el impresionante AIFA. La privacidad también me encantó pues desde el elevador arribas prácticamente desde el looby a tu habitación, las vistas de la ciudad desde las ventanas son bellísimas pues el hotel esta encima de la plaza Forum así que tienes espectaculares skylines por todas las ventanas.

Fui en pareja y se escuchaban muchos ruidos y charlas de la gente de limpieza en los pasillos, lo que si me chocó es que solo te den una botellita de agua, la más pequeñita de cortesía, se pasan de codos en serio, un poquito más de atención en ese sentido.
