Beautiful holidays!

Hotel centrally located, clean, fresh and varied breakfast, own parking, excellent price-quality ratio. The owners, good English speakers, always ready to help with any advice, real tourist guides. We will definitely be back.

Ótima!

O pequeno almoço é muito bom! Todo dia com algo diferente nas opções. O quarto é bem confortável e a localização é espetacular, perto das praias e de muitos restaurantes e mercados. Muitas vezes conseguimos deixar o carro no estacionamento do hotel e ir andando para alguns lugares. Mas o melhor do hotel são mesmo as pessoas, é um negócio familiar e todos são muito gentis, simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Barian e sua família, muito obrigada por tudo.

Beklentileri karşılayan, sessiz, problemsiz bir konaklama.

Oda tertemizdi. Yatak ve yastıklar özellikle çok rahattı. Lokasyon olarak plajlara ve mekanlara yürüme mesafesinde. Otoparkı mevcuttu. Kahvaltı son derece yeterliydi. Güzel ve sessiz bir aile işletmesi. Güleryüzlü personeller. Dinlenmek için ideal.

Odalarda su ısıtıcısı olmasını tercih ederim. Sanırım tek eksiği bu. Bir de internet bağlantısı biraz daha iyi olabilir.

Best option in Ksamil

The staff is amazing, so friendly and gave us a lot of recommendations. The room are comfortable and right beside the beach and restaurants. Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of local food and it changes everyday.

Just the frigobar in the room was really noisy, we had to turn off to be able to sleep.

Sehr sauberes, modernes Hotel, eher spartanisch, jedoch funktional eingerichtet. Familiengeführt mit tollem, motiviertem Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Wenig Ablagefläche im Zimmer. WiFi ist manchmal ausgefallen.

Dokonalé snídaně, úžasný přístup personálu, další důvod proč se vrátit do Albánie.

Absolutně dokonalá snídaně ráno od maminky majitele, úžasný přístup všech z hotelu. Je to rodinný podnik, kde vám pomohou s výběrem pláže, restaurace, plánováním výletu, půjčením auta a nakonec vám ještě dají drink na účet podniku jako pozornost. Nejkrásnější zkušenost s ubytováním, kterou jsme kdy zažili.

It was a wonderful experience, our first time in Ksamil thanks to Mike and his family. He is more than just a manager, he gives you a feeling that you are welcome at every step of the way. He is willing to answer all your questions , help you in any way he can and is also very professional. His family, who help him with wonderful domestic breakfast, his mothers bakes different pastries every day fresh, although they don't speak English, we could exchange a few kind words and their friendly smiles made you really feel part of the family. We travel a lot and have rooms ourselves so we understand the effort and work behind all Mike and his family do to run this hotel. Congratulations and we look forward recommending them to all our friends and coming back.

Great!

The hotel seems new or very well maintained. Everyday they will clean the room and change the towels. The AC was great, the WIFI was great. We had a room with balcony to the back of the hotel and was very quiet. The coffee from the hotel(that you pay extra) is very good compared with what I tried at beach bars. The host is very very nice with everyone and tries to help with everything. The location was ok for us, a little walk to the beaches, we went to different beaches but Bora Bora beach was our favorite(at the Panorama restaurant). The breakfast was ok, my boyfriend really loved some of the local dishes. There were a few power outages during our stay but it wasn't the hotel's fault, other places were affected if they didn't have generators , but the power was fixed quite fast.

Excellent family run hotel in Ksamil

This is a family run business and the owners are so lovely and accommodating. The location is great, a very easy walk down to the best part of the beach at Ksamil and some of the nicest restaurants that sit at the top of the cliff. Rooms very clean, free parking on site and delicious breakfast. We were very sad to leave and say goodbye! Would highly recommend to all future guests :)

The hotel is run by a young couple who are very kind and positive. Our room was very clean.

I did not understand why did our host recommend us aka the people paying 30eur/night a dinner place where fish costs 60-70eur. Maybe he did not know the latest menu prices.

Brilliant place to stay in ksamil, near bars, beach and restaurants

Place is spotless, staff are friendly also there for any questions. Manger Mikella is so friendly and helpful, always smiling 😊. Nice bar across the road as well, again really friendly 👍🏻👍🏻

The Staff of this family owned hotel is amazing. The most friendly and hospitable persons we ever encountered during traveling. The hotel is very new (2019). Everything is clean and the staf helps with all your questions. Booking this hotel will not disapoint you.

Perfect!

The hotel location and facilities themselves were perfect, but the highlight of our stay was Mikelo and his wonderful family. Mikelo catered for our every need, booking taxis, sorting our rental car and answered every question we had. Also, the homemade breakfasts were incredible!

Best place to stay in Ksamil !

If you are planning on staying, this is the only place you should stay at! The hotel is brand new, the rooms are well equipped with everything you need and perfectly clean. The breakfast was very rich and diverse, and everything was homemade. But what will make your stay memorable are the hosts. The whole family is amazing! They define hospitality to its finest, and I am very excited to be back!

Perfection has name: Sunway!

It is one of the best hotels we have ever been.Premises are new , rooms are fab. Breakfast is home made by a super kind lady. Perfectly located at 3 min walk from the beach. But the best of all is the family who run the business. They are awesome!!! If you go to Ksamil, this place is a must to stay at! Do not miss it!

Excellent stay with Mike being an amazing host

It is walking distance from all the hot spots if Ksamil. There is a supermarket, an ATM, restaurants, the beach and also petrol stations around the corner. The design of the rooms is also really cozy with the balcony in front. Mike (the host) also took our car and drove it to a parking spot and brought it back when we left. He gave great travel recommendations (such as Butrinti and the Blue Eye) and was extremely friendly!

If you look for variety in the breakfast, this might not be your spot. But still you get a basic good breakfast and everything else is great!

Very good location, very clean and confortable. Mikel, the guy who owns the hotel, helped us a lot. We recomanded us nice restaurants, beaches and made reservations for us. I strongly recommend this place.
