Un Hotel fantastico

la accoglienza la pulizia anche la ubicazione del hotel, lo staff sempre disponibile e molto disponibile, la pulizia molto curata, come ubicazione e fantastico vicino a una spiaggia bella che la puoi raggiungere a 5 minuti a piedi

che non abbiamo potuto stare più tempo perché sono finite le ferie 😔🤣😂🤣😂

Convenient location in a quiet area of Ksmail

Clean property, short walk to the main area with bars and restaurants but not close enough to hear the noise at night time. Excellent buffet breakfast, so much choice and all fresh. Local bus stop to Sarandë is conveniently located beside the property.

Exceptional stay!

Everything was wonderful! Our room was impeccably clean and remained refreshingly cool despite the heat outside. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Empfehlenswertes schönes Hotel

Sehr schönes, relativ neues, gepflegtes, familiengeführtes Hotel mit supernetten Gastgebern. Alles tip-top sauber. Schöne Zimmer, wie auf den Bildern. Bequeme Matratzen. Schönes funktionelles Bad. Stabiles, schnelles WLAN. Kostenloses Parken in der hoteleigenen Parkgarage. Herausragendes Frühstück. Ca. 5-10 Min fußläufig zum Strand. Schöner Pool mit Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir können das Hotel ohne Vorbehalt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Leider liegt das Hotel an einer Durchgangsstraße, wodurch der Straßenlärm abends und frühmorgens schon mal stören kann. Ohrstöpsel helfen.

Lovely staff. Nice pool area, which is more secluded from the road than on the pictures. Good location, within walking distance from the main beach and supermarkets. Good breakfast with cozy areas outside.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including booking taxis and advising us. They were very friendly :) the pool was really nice and kept really clean.

The only downside was the shower got water all over the bathroom but this wasn’t too much of an issue - the bathroom itself was lovely

Great stay in Ksamil

The facilities are great, pool is nice and very family friendly environment. Very close to the beach. Restaurant is good with large portions. Room is very comfortable. Covered parking is also a nice bonus.

Location was perfect. Walking distance from center and from the beach, and arriving with a car was very easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and food was very good. Room was very clean. We will absolutely visit there again, and I recommend this hotel.

Lovely stay in a very comfortable hotel.

The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean. Towels changed each day which was great. The breakfast was really good each morning the hotel was in way walking distance to the main strip in Ksamil but far enough away from the busiest area and noise.

The only critique I have is the slightly smaller pool side area then we expected but that’s it!

I would probably not return

The pool and location

Personnel was unkind and knocked on our door asking us to leave before time of check out which was at 11 am. We specifically called the hotel a few days before checking whether we can pay by card. They said yes, but when we arrived they refused to accept our card because of high commission (this was not my problem, they should have told us in advance when we called). Last but not least if you want to have a decent coffee for breakfast you had to pay as the coffee offered at breakfast was not that much of a coffee.

Totally recommend this hotel. It is very clean, “Monika” clean, if you remember friends!

The owners and staff were extremely friendly and made us feel totally welcome. we enjoyed the breakfast, buffet and pool. I would recommend this hotel 100%.

Everything was just great: brand new hotel, spacious room, nice and modern bathroom, good swimming pool area and extremely helpful staff

Personally, I think that the tiles used for the bathroom and for the pool area were a bit slippery

I am really satisfied with the service and kindness of the Hotel staff members and other employees, and also with the cleanness of the facility. Wi-fi was really good. The food was very good of variety of different meals. I would love to came back again.
