Esperienza fantastica

Esperienza molto positiva, personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile alla reception per qualsiasi tipo di informazione. C’è anche area Bar e Ristorante per qualsiasi tipo di aperitivo, pranzo e cena. Disponibile anche accesso Wifi. Posizione dell’albergo non molto distante dal centro e super vicina da tantissime spiagge sia roccia che ciotoli, è possibile anche raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. Camere ampie e climatizzata (nel mio caso suite quadrupla familiare) composta da due camere matrimoniali e due bagni). La camera quadrupla dispone di due balocconi comodi e dello giusto spazio. Colazione abbondante dal salato al dolce molto varia e genuina. Per qualsiasi esigenza é possibile chiedere allo staff, per soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di richiesta.

Great location, solid breakfast and exceptional staff!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Luxury. The location is simply unbeatable - very close to beaches, yet perfectly situated in a sacred area, away from the noise and parties. The breakfast was more than enough considering the food scene in the region. The staff are, without a doubt, one of the best we've ever encountered! From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request truly set this hotel apart. They made us feel so welcome and valued as guests.

Wonderfull hotel in good location

Exceptional clean hotel , close to Lori beach, wonderfull breakfast, nice terrace.to eat. They accepted our request to change the room to a higher floor , where a nice view was available.

Ksamil’de Kalınacak Harika Bir Yer

Otel çok temiz. Konumu çok güzel. Plajlara yürüme mesafesinde. Ksamil’in meşhur Three Islands plajlarına arabayla 5 dk uzaklıkta. Yürüme mesafesinde market ve restoranlar var. Otelin personeli güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Ücretsiz otoparkının olması arabayla gelenler için büyük bir avantaj. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Excelente acomodação com preço rasoavel.

Hotel perfeito! Staff simpatica e super acolheadora. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto limpo e espaçoso, cama confortavel, roupas de cama macias. Para que nossa familia ficasse proxima, o hotel nos ofereceu um upgrade em um dos quartos for free, o que nos deixou muito agradecidos.

O box do banheiro não possui borracha, portanto a agua passa por deibaixo do box e molha todo banheiro, mas isso não atrapalhou a experiencia positiva que tivemos durante a nossa estadia.

Excellent stay, nice hotel

The staff was kind, clean hotel rooms, nice breakfast.

They were building new hotels outside but we could expect when you would visit in pre-season. However nothing bad to say about the hotel.

Good if you value beach club access, but average facilities

The hotel is in a quiet place, has free parking and access to a beach club which is very good specially if you visit during high season. The beach club is not walking distance, so it might be an issue if you don't have a car. The breakfast had several products to chose from.

We booked a room with balcony (and we paid more for it) but the balcony had wall view, which was very disappointing. There was no view at all except the wall. When we used the shower, there was water in the whole bathroom, even though there was a curtain in the shower. We reported this situation in the evening and we were told the situation would be solved by the technical team. In the next day they only sent the cleaning team and offered us more towels.

Clean hotel with helpful staff but the traffic to the hotel's beach was horrendous.

Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Cheap laundry service. Clean hotel.

The hotel's beach is 25mins drive away due to the horrendous traffic. Also the beach next door blared out ear splittingly load music so it wasn't very restful.

The hotel that you will return surely if you go to Ksamil again☺️

This was our second trip to this hotel and we were so content with everything we didnt even think twice about booking again. the most important thing for us was the cleanliness which was top notch. we liked the staff they were so friendly and were really trying to meet our needs and wishes. Big hi from Natalia&Vladimir room 208🤗

Did not have any complaints except that maybe for the breakfast time it could have more options.

BEWARE! SUN LOUNGERS FREE ON DAY OF ARRBAL ONLY

it was very clean, the staff were lovely apart from an encounter with the boss’ daughter who was full of attitude and less than aware of how to communicate with guests . it was unfair and not made clear at time of booking that the ‘free’ sun loungers are only available on the day of arrival not at checkout

the beach is 3 miles away and fair enough all hotel guests pay their own transport but there was only one taxi for all guests.

clean, modern and good breakfast

it’s located on an uphill that’s not paved, made it very hard with a baby on a stroller, had some rules that’s didn’t make sense like we can’t fill our own water bottles from the water provided at the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast, was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable. We were very thankful to have an AC unit in the room.

The dinner options were a bit limited, and the prices were very high considering the portion sizes.

The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered. The hotel is super clean and looks luxurious! For breakfast there were so many options to choose from. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Ksamil. A 10/10!!

Wonderful location

Very nice hotel, with very friendly and helpfull staff. The food was very good also. Their beach though a bit far from the hotel is very beautiful and the restaurant there is great. Food was very tastefull, especially the sea food. There are other beautiful beaches near the hotel so you can also spend your time there.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay at Luxury Hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. There was room service every day and they changed our towels twice during our 2-night stay. The breakfast was tasty and you could choose from many options.

The only thing they don`t tell you on booking is the fact that the beach is not that close and you don`t have an unrestricted view of it from your room balcony (in our case we only had a side view of the sea, even though we paid for a room with a sea view).
