Very conveniently located in the historical centre of Rouen, on the right bank of Seine. Perfect for anyone wishing to explore the city or, indeed, Normandy, as the train station is 5 minutes away. Highly recommended!

Great location walking distance to amenities and also to the tourist attractions. rooms are nice and clean, you feel homely. It has all facilities one could need..

A great base for exploring Rouen!

Location was good, not far from train station, and not too far from the main things to see, but not close enough that it was noisy.

There was some noise on the street in the early hours of the morning (not the owner's fault, obviously). The windows might be a bit on the thinner side, but this was only noticeable a few times. Mostly very quiet and safe.

Everything you might need is available in the appartment. It is clean and very well located: near the city centre and a small supermarket nearby.

A nice stay to explore Rouen

A small but comfortable apartment with private garage parking near city center. We appreciated the kitchen facilities, seating area, separate bathroom area. Bright with large windows.

The stovetop was a bit confusing to use, and 1 burner did not work. My wife found the hide-a-bed couch a bit uncomfortable to sit on (though I liked it).

An excellent apartment!

This was an excellent apartment, quiet and easy to locate within walking distance of the town centre. Pull out beds in living room were comfortable and easy to assemble. Host was easy to contact and very responsive to requests, would absolutely recommend!

Awesome place for staying in calm corner of city center. Modern and spacious appartment with all facilities. Possibility to rent secure garage in the building. Highly recommend it 👌

Maybe for some old people would be not handy steep stairs, be prepare.

Comfy apartment with lots of cosyness and love. Friendly host with useful tips. We enjoyed our short stay there and definitely recommend it. Not recommend for party or load activities.

Super responsive and attentive host. Great location (walking distance to city centre and the train station). Safe. Parking available on request.

There was no elevator/lift. Was not a major problem for us though.
