Convenient place for a short stay in the city.

Small place located in the centre of the city with a great breakfast included in the price of lodging.

Cheap and cheerful

The room l had was good. It was clean. Had a tv wifi fridge and kettle. Even though it seemed tucked away it wasn't far from restaurants and shops. It was cheap and cheerful so got by.

The breakfast was a bit mundane. One day it was omelette and the next it was a boiled egg and a few more bits on the plate. Not the usual buffet style. Seating areas was small and outside. Not great if the weather wasn't ok. All the cabs would get lost so take their cards from reception to show the cabs.

you get what you pay for.

the location was good, but difficult to find at first as the address on the map is not accurate. the price is affordable. the owner is kind.

the toilets had no shower gel, the towels were old and worn out. the bedsheets had stains, the blind were covered in stains, we could not have stayed over 1 day.

Pleasant overnight stay, right in the historic center with a good price-performance ratio

good breakfast, friendly host and staff, good night's sleep possible, great location right in the centre of the North-Nikosia old-town

Functional room without features that would make it comfortable/cozy for longer stays - thus I would hesitate to call it "boutique" - it is more an authentic old-town house. For those who like hot showers, the flow heaters may not provide enough heat (for my the warm shower was fine, but I know people who would have disagreed :) ).

A Great Hotel with a great host

A very warm welcome and was shown to my lovely room on the ground floor. Ali is focused on doing everything possible to make sure your stay and your room are good. Nice hot shower, comfortable bed, good wifi in the room and you have everything you need for your stay. It is a 10 min walk from the Ledra crossing and right in the heart of the old town with a good choice of restaurants and coffee shops. The lovely garden is a great spot and it is where breakfast is served. Breakfast is good with lovely bakery bread and coffee. Ali arranged a taxi for me to Ercan for an early flight and was up to see me off. Happy to stay again.

There is a little road noise but you are in the centre of town, not a big problem.

Worth looking down the side street

Nice big shady room with good sized en suite, fridge, kettle, AC. Pretty covered yard for breakfast and relaxation. Very close to central places of interest in North Lefkosia. Welcoming host. Relaxing ambience. Good value price.

Good old town stay in Nicosia

Right in the old town of Nicosia. Very convenient to walk back to hotel to rest in the afternoon to escape the heat! The breakfast is quite nice!

Everything perfect. Good value. Very friendly host. Great location within the walled city. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful garden great to hang out in after a long day walking. The room was spacious and charming. Fridge, electric kettle, WiFi. Hot shower; OK water pressure. Whole apartment spotless clean and neat. Big, comfy bed. INFO: if you click on "get directions" on booking.com you may get the coordinates to a different hotel just 100m up the street. On arrival, make sure it says "Aksary Hotel" on the building and don't fall for the other hotel trying to trick you to book a room at theirs; they will tell you lies about Aksary Hotel - none of which are true. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Aksary Hotel and can only but recommend it.

Just reasonable accommodation for the price

Reasonable location and breakfast, strong WIFI,

Unfortunately the only available room to reserve was a three single bed room that was literally at the reception area. We were offered an alternative which we didn't see as that much more attractive or comfortable and at an unacceptable much higher price. So we stayed in the room we reserved. Very basic, wet bathroom, no tables, glaring single ceiling light. Door was glass and exposed the room to the light from the reception area all night, any sound from the entry/reception area was heard in our room. If possible avoid this specific room especially at the advertised price.

No complaints about the hotel! For info of the travellers - beware that the historical center may become "louder" at weekend nights, and there may be very limited space for parking

Superb

The location was very convinient,5 min walk until the Ledra crossing point so it was good for travellers who are interested to visit both Greek and Turkish part of the city.The owner is friendly,rooms have heating,warm water and in the morning a tasty breakfast is served.(bread,coffee,tea,eggs,homemade potateos,cheese and jam,honey and butter).

This is a basic budget accomodation option. But for a budget traveller everything Will be in a perfect order.

Overall a great place

Very beautiful and cozy room, great location. We were offered a nice breakfast, the host was very friendly and helpful. I loved the vibe of the hotel, it felt very welcoming :)

I made mistake thinking it was in south Nicosia, it's on Turkish side, the owner gave us a night on another night without extra charge.

No parking. Area run down not very nice.

Bad smelling bathroom and noisy.

It's in the centre.

The place was dirty and the bathroom was like a telephone cabin- tiny and really bad smelling. The staff was very rude. The room was small and the fridge didn't work. It was really noisy also during the night, because we were in a room behind the reception.
