Very good

The position in the resort was excellent, private and quiet. Lovely balcony area to relax on.

Needed some more furniture, another coffee table for outdoors and a more comfortable settee indoors.

Clean property, in a fantastic location. great communication with host, secure parking and I would highly recommend a stay. There was a lovely pool on site, with a swim up bar and a lovely tropical themed pool which was very relaxing.

The volume of stairs to carry our cases up, but it certainly worked the muscles.

Perfect getaway for our wedding anniversary after not being able to travel for so long.

The location was perfect and central to many restaurants and coffee shops. My husband and I really liked the position of the apartment as it was in between the serenity pool (quite/calm pool) and the main pool with the swim up bar plus the spa was concealed from other guests. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

A great stay, very comfortable and in a great location.

The unit was very clean and it was great to have our linen changed mid week.

It would have been good to have a bbq. the cooking facilities were good but minimal.

Amazing location - right in the middle of town and restaurants. Best pool in town as it was in the sun all day with huge amounts of sun lounges. Loved being part of the Peppers resort. Beautifully comfortable bed. Good facilities inc coffee machine , tv’s, elec frying pan, and a bath on the balcony!!! And we appreciated the linen change midway through our stay because we booked more than 6 nights.

we loved the fresh air, quite, tropical outlook and we walked for several kms everyday, lovely tropical area, beautiful

private & balcony was not overlooked at all.

I didn’t know that 2 Weddings were taking place under our balcony.

Very good

Location within the resort was ideal for us as we didn't have too much foot traffic past our balcony which ensured a tranquil and private experience. The room is spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities and the added bonus of Netflix which was good on the day we had torrential rain!

Perfect stay

Apartment needs a revamp and resort is getting tired. Nice pool and good location

Great pool great location

Dissappointed in apartment small dated and in need of a revamp. Microwave only no other cooking facilities very small bar fridge that kept icing up. Dryer didnt work but was replaced when reported. The resort is in need of a makeover. Has a nice pool.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

Check in instructions were clear and the room was ready when we arrived. Our room was extremely clean and extra amenities like the coffee machine and pods, milk, umbrella, luxurious beach towels, tennis equipment, etc were appreciated. The room was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The extra television was a bonus too. Bec was a welcoming and friendly host.

Maybe consider providing bathrobes? Also, after checking out and leaving the keys in the apartment, we had no way of accessing the secure underground carpark. Luckily another guest was able to open the stairwell door for us with their key.

Couples retreat

This was a great couples getaway at Pepper beach club. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. Great water pressure on shower! Great location We were very happy with the size of the apartment. Fabulous!

The information given to us said we would get 10% off food at the nearby surf club which after we went there they no longer offer. But we did get 10% off drinks.
