Wonderful short summer holiday stop on a hilltop villa overlooking Milos

The villa is located on a hilltop with a view across the small island. It is walking distance from several good restaurants, and a short drive to great beaches and a supermarket. The villa itself is quite cosy and comfortable, it truly felt like staying in someone's home.

The living room is not airconditioned so a large group will need to survive with a fan and ambient cooling from the bedrooms. Not specific to this villa, but the streets of Milos can be quite narrow and the only way to get around from this villa is by car, so be prepared to drive carefully.

Thank you - we had a wonderful stay and appreciate the small touches that made it memorable.

Location was beautiful - idyllic views across the harbour and many sunny (and shady) spots to sit. We've rented many homes over the years and this was by far, the cleanest! Nikolaos was a lovely host.

We were happy - no issues.

Gorgeous property, beautiful sunsets and amazing hosts

Beautiful property, great location walking distance to restaurants in Trypiti and Plaka. Niko and Katerina were fabulous helped us organise a car, provided some essentials (bread, eggs, juice, and even cake) and helped with washing.

We liked everything. Gorgeous views, generous outdoor space, very relaxing and quiet. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We would love to come back.

Beautiful, peaceful, amazing must stay location - on a scale of 1-10 it is 10000

Milos and Villa de Viento were by far the highlight of my family's trip to Greece. The home was beautiful- large, immaculate, had the most amazing views, the hosts were incredible, and the island was easy to explore from the home. It was easy to get to the location from the port. We came in on the ferry and were able to take an inexpensive cab a short way to the home. The sunsets were incredible. We think that sitting on the patio and taking in the view was one of the best things we did on our trip. It was indescribable how perfect it was. We took a sailboat tour, rented 4 wheelers and visisted all of the nearby beaches. In addition, the hosts went out of their way to take care of us. If you are going to Greece, make this a definite stay. We will be back!

A dream vacation

Nikolaos and Katerina were hospitable beyond words. We loved our stay, and they made it perfect: regular attention, cleaning the villa, caring for us throughout our entire stay. We felt like we were leaving family when we had to fly back to Athens.

Best Views in Milos

Everything about this villa is fabulous! The hosts are incredible, the views are unbeatable and the house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's also a close walk to town but it's very hard to leave when it's the best sunset spot on the island. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back.
