Bellissimo! Tutto perfetto, assolutamente da ripetere.

Posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Palma a piedi; camera confortevole, pulita e dotata di ottimi prodotti (sapone, shampoo, conditioner e body lotion) per l'igiene. Personale gentilissimo, colazione molto buona con diversi prodotti dolci e salati. Il caffè espresso della macchina buono.

La piscina in terrazza è praticamente una grande vasca ma la vista merita!

Fantastic boutique hotel in prime location

This is a lovely property in a fantastic location. The welcome drink, the complimentary mini bar the first night, the pillow menu....so many small touches that add up to a wonderful stay. I'd requested a room with twin beds and when they didn't have one available we were given an additional room free of charge. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. My only regret is we only stayed one night. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful stay, excellent value for money, in a fantastic location!

Beautiful building, gorgeous decor, spacious room, lovely roof terrace and stunning views. The staff were excellent, particularly Javier who was very friendly and provided a personal touch.

Great boutique hotel all photos on their site is what you can expect! Great team!

It is rare that I am so euphoric about a hotel in particular as I have worked as a hotel tester for many years, however, this hotel is so personable. It’s clean relaxed and definable boutique. The team were able to resolve all our small requests at a speed I have not seen from many leading hotels.

If there was one thing that could be improved it is only the amount of table top space in the room for a long stay. We were there for a week and did accumulate a lot of stuff, so if shopping is not your thing don’t worry there is enough for you.

A great, if expensive, place for a 3 night city break

Great location close to most things one would wish to see. Attentive staff, always happy to help & suggest. A welcoming glass of bubbly. Roof top views with small pool.

In my opinion it wasn’t really worth paying the extra for the balcony room at this time of year: the sun never got to it, and it was far too chilly to sit out.

Fantastic!

My friend and I had a fantastic weekend at hotel basilica and we plan on staying there again in the future. The rooms were beautiful, the hotel overall was well maintained/clean, the rooftop pool was a wonderful perk (photo taken from the rooftop) and the staff was incredible! It is also in the perfect location - no more than a 5-10 minute walk to any major attraction. I look forward to my next stay!

Staff were so friendly. welcoming and helpful - all of them. Perfect location. Room was just lovely. Stone floors were amazing. Good cocktails. Highly recommend. We liked that it was a small hotel.
