Saratoga, ideally located in the heart of Seaside proper, is a spacious and light-filled home that comfortably sleeps up to eight people. Only a short leisurely stroll from the beach and town center, beautiful Saratoga is also only steps away from Seaside’s main pool. The community of Seaside is like no other, with almost half a mile of emerald coastline, award-winning architecture, a lively town center and laid back beach vibe.
Designed with comfort and privacy in mind, Saratoga has a lovely floor plan, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The heart of the home is the large airy kitchen and open concept family room, which is graced by 20-foot high windows and abundant natural light. With fresh white paint and expansive quartz counter tops, the kitchen is fully stocked for the family chef. There is enough room in the living area for your entire group to gather, eat, play games and enjoy the full entertainment center with WiFi-enabled speaker system.
The bedroom layout is ideal and provides for a little peace and serenity after a day at the beach. The airy master bedroom is located on the main floor, with a king bed, large closet and desk. A private washer and dryer, also on ground level, will keep your space tidy and allow you to pack less! The two upstairs bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and vaulted ceilings, are separated by an open hallway which overlooks the living space. One oversize upstairs bedroom has two queen beds, a chair and plenty of extra space to spread out. The other bedroom, with a large closet and en suite bathroom also features a queen. Televisions are present in all, and each bedroom opens directly onto the sun-filled porches via private French doors.

We usually stay closer to town but this house was such a great location (Just cut through the school) that we decided to try it. Very happy with the location itself and the home was very clean and beautiful. The porches were lovely and each bedroom had its own bath which was nice. The only cons to the property was a lack of privacy being right next to the walking path (Don't walk to the coffee maker in your skivvies), and the dryer doesn't have an effective lint trap so you end up with lint everywhere, and one of the upstairs rooms has little air flow. Other than that, this was an amazing stay!

The house layout was perfect for our group of six, with two to a room and each room having its own bathroom. The living area/kitchen is open and airy and easy for everyone to hang out in. Air conditioner worked great. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Newly remodeled bathrooms were very nice. Very short walk to town square and restaurants or beaches. Even on a hot day, the walk was short and easy. Check in/out was seamless as management company was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We are previous visitors to the community...we hosted family/friends for a week and were disappointed that the beach was not cleaner/groomed as in previous stays. The cottage while in a convenient location ( and we are repeat visitors) was not in the condition we had hoped. Showing age, not well kept up, housekeeping marginal ( dirty floors etc.). Furniture covers were filthy according to my wife. We felt badly as our guests were first time visitors - bottom line - not good value for the $$$$ - certainly not in June.

Easy walk to the beach and main circle. We were in for a wedding and the chapel is two blocks away. The property was large and clean other than the couches could use a good cleaning. I would highly suggest beach towels be provided. We flew in and while the management company gave us two towels in a gift basket we had 6 people so not nearly enough and who wants to buy towels when away for 4 days? A small cooler and beach chairs would sure be nice too. It cost over $600 to rent 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas for 3 days.

Our family spent a wonderful week at Saratoga in Seaside. We have been coming to Seaside for 30 years and this is one of our favorite houses that we have rented. The house was spacious, and accomodating for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were large and each had a TV and the porch was the perfect event hangout for the kids! We loved it!

It was not good. There were no manuals on usage of very complicated TV sets. Management was called and didn’t have a clue either. There was no written material on restaurants in the area... no info on anything, and management was not helpful at all. There were no air vents in upstairs bedrooms, and complicated fans instead. For the money charged it is all inexcusable.

Our family spent Memorial Day weekend in Seaside at the Saratoga house. We could not have been happier and definitely had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect…a short walk to the West Ruskin Pavilion for beach access and to Seaside Town Center. We enjoyed days on the beach with beautiful weather and all that 30A has to offer. Some of our favorites were early morning bike rides, breakfast at Black Bear Bread Co, Modica Market, shopping, dinner on the rooftop at Bud and Alleys, FOOW, Blue Mountain Creamery, and the Seaside food trucks. We loved spending time on Saratoga’s large front porches and relaxing inside with its gorgeous decor. Another perfect 30A getaway for our family…we highly recommend Saratoga for your next Seaside beach vacation!

Saratoga was the perfect house for our gathering with our adult children and their spouses. We enjoyed the shops, restaurants, and recreational activities of the Seaside community, and had the perfect day of the beach. The house was big enough for us to entertain relatives from both Florida and Louisiana for dinner on 2 different evenings. The management company was delightful and very accommodating! Truly a magical family reunion location!

Had such a wonderful time in such a beautiful home and location. Everything was perfect. Welcome package super helpful and appreciated. I couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. Our children (6 and 8) never wanted to leave. Balcony, surrounding landscape and proximity to center / beach was perfect and serene. Loved it!

We love Seaside and come every summer! I was looking forward to our stay at Saratoga but was a little disappointed. The floors upon arrival were still dirty, crumbs and sand etc ... They were quick to come back out and clean them which was much appreciated! The furniture and rugs are showing wear and tear and their appears to be mold growing on the walls and ceiling in the upstairs bath. The AC does not keep up enough to cool the upstairs - we had to turn it WAY low to get the upstairs comfortable. Bathrooms are newly remodeled but not enough counter space in the upstairs front bathroom, and the shelf in the shower leans so all your toiletries fall to the floor. We used a towel to help hold them in place! Great location, cute home! Just needs a little TLC and its own upstairs AC unit.

We were looking for a short get away for our son who is leaving for bootcamp. He is leaving soon so we had to act quickly to rent something. He wanted seaside, so we chose something which fell within our budget. Once the owner fees and the VRBO fees were added our cost was double. We will not use VRBO again. The owners should be paying VRBO for renting their property. The renters should not have to pay a fee. That is ridiculous and a scam if you ask me. I will tell everyone I know not to use VRBO.

Beautiful home! Super location.
House was absolutely gorgeous. A couple of disappointments regarding Homeowners Collection. 1. We called, as instructed, when we were an hour away and were told agent would meet us at 2:00. We waited for 1.5 hours on the porch with multiple calls made. We would have stopped in town to eat if only we were told agent would be delayed. 2. We were not told of the 8pm curfew for minors during Spring Break. We were serving sandwiches and snacks to a group with adults supervising one evening and had security come by to complain about the level of noise and that we had too many people on the porches. Wish we were told this restriction before we arrived or upon arrival by the agent. this is a lovely house to entertain and 8pm curfew was restrictive.

This house was originally our house
We have a deep attachment to this house...We bought the lot, hired the architect, Tom Christ, and had Benoit Laurent, one of the best builders on 30-A, build it. We have so many happy memories there and we just spent spring break with our daughter, son-in-law and our four grandchildren at Saratoga.
Of course our time there was during a simpler time- when it was less crowded, and even Bud, Robert Davis’ little dachshund, used to trot independently around Seaside. And, we remember Mr and Mrs Modica where we used to let our daughter go to their grocery and charge small purchases.
We were so pleased with how well the house has been maintained. Now there’s a great foos ball game to play, so now our grandchildren want their own. 😊
We hope the owners and guests love Saratoga (originally called Dream Chaser) as much as we have.

Lovely house poor property management
We arrived late - we were sent several codes, none of which worked, they sent out a handyman to let us in. We were told they’d bring cooler of ice for groceries and never did until the 2nd day. Refrigerator never cooled and all the groceries we bought Friday spoiled. Refrigerator repair guy showed up unannounced and didn’t care they we had guests coming over; came again, also without our knowledge, and kids in the house... not the kind of stay we’re accustomed to from seaside. Hopefully the homeowners were made aware; as we’d want to know.
