This three-story home is the perfect accommodation for group of friends, families or corporate travelers. Each floor ensures privacy and comfort for all who stay. One of its many highlights is the wonderful second story accommodations. The living room area features two ultra comfortable couches, a large flat screen T.V., a Wii console and games. High speed wireless internet, cable and nationwide calling included. The large dining room table has seating for six. The fully equipped, modern kitchen with an oven, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a toaster, among other things, will make meal preparation and entertaining a pleasure while the dishwasher will make cleaning up a breeze. A half bathroom is located on the second floor as well.
We are thrilled for the new renovations Vista Cay is working on this year. After 18 years our main pool is being renovated but not to worry, guests are more than welcome to join us at the New Isles Pool & Bar, which are now fully open. We realize that this closure of a main resort amenity will be inconvenient for our guests however it is necessary. We plan on keeping the Clubhouse lobby, game room, and fitness center open, however there may be temporary closures as needed for safety. While Verity works on the remodel, the Board is also utilizing this down time to replace the Clubhouse roof. The renovations will start on September 13, 2024 till the end of February, 2025.
The Clubhouse pool will be receiving the following upgrades and renovations:
Resurfacing and removing the leaking infinity edge of the Clubhouse pool.
New deck pavers and design.
Expanding the deck space to the maximum allowed with our existing land and setbacks.
Expanding the size and capacity of the hot tub.
New children’s water play feature.
New, upgraded deck furniture.

How do I get directions and check in instructions? Prior to arrival, you will receive directions, gate codes, a keyless access code for the unit, and other pertinent information about your stay. What do I need to bring? We provide you with a fully furnished unit. Our gourmet kitchen is equipped to accommodate meal preparation and storage. We provide linens, towels, beach towels and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish washing soap, sponge and dishwasher tabs. Any additional items not included above, food, drinks and any personal items will need to be purchased or brought along with you. A large supermarket is located minutes away. The store’s address, phone number and hours is in the welcome information packet, located in the unit.

The properties listed as an elegant townhome and it was not quite that. The property needs a serious clean as well as a serious update. I know this is Florida, but we also had issues where there were numerous cockroaches seen. The three star rating was basically due to location and convenience and the space of the place.

This place was perfect for us 8 adults stayed very comfortable! Got there late on a friday night and no trouble getting in after a 12 hour drive! only there for 3 night before we left on a cruise! Very easy acess to sea world only bout 5 min drive!

This was by far the best Vista Cay property we have stayed at. Super clean, amazing extra touches, comfy beds and we loved the layout. We are pretty frequent to Orlando and will be looking to see if this property is available first. Thank you for such a great stay.

This was our second stay at this townhome. We loved every second of both stays. Great layout with all the amenities you need plus some goodies to get you started. Location is ideal. Close enough to all the parks, the airport and the highways to get to both Clearwater and St Augustine. Highly recommend!!

Great spot for work teams to stay in Orlando. En suite bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge help giving all our team members privacy. Honestly the best bath towel set up I've had in a STR, more than enough in each room and they are good quality.

A/C Condo
The property was terrific and provided all of our needs while there. We did experience the upstairs being really warm and that was very uncomfortable. The 2nd and 1st floors were just fine.

Townhouse was fantastic. Location is perfect for almost anywhere in Orlando. The kids loved the Wii. Being able to have some personal space when needed was fantastic.

Spacious townhouse
Unit furnished nicely and layout was spacious. The living room tv had to be unplugged and replugged each time to get it to turn on. Mattresses weren’t very comfortable. Also no outside furniture on the patio was a big disappointment . We did enjoy our vacation in Florida and the size of the townhouse was adequate .
Unfortunately construction going on across street so was very noisy during the day.

Our stay started off ok, though this property is in need of a good cleaning; hairs on bathroom floor, and dirty floors by baseboards. On 12/25 the a/c stopped working. The rep was great on the phone, explained couldn’t reach the maintenance guy and would request service for 12/26 and offered a different unit which was 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, so smaller. In the meantime HVAC came back on so we stayed. 12/26 HVAC went off again and third floor was HOT. Spoke with helpful young lady once again and she said service would be available the NEXT day, which was not ok due to heat and stuffiness of unit. We had to move to the other unit. This was our last day of Disney tickets, so two of us stayed to move 5 adults’ belongings to other unit, which required many trips due to small vehicle which was already packed for subsequent trip for two.
Over half of the day was spent making this move completely on our own with no assistance offered by ITZ. New unit was smaller by 1 & 1/2 bathrooms and no garage. New unit was also much cleaner than previous unit.
I’ve tried to contact manager several times but no response. I feel that since we paid over $450/night including the fees we are
expecting reimbursement due to major
hassle of moving in the Orlando heat with no assistance and being unable to enjoy what should have been our last day at WDW with family which is very expensive.
I’d greatly appreciate a response.

Fabulous stay!
Out group had a fantastic time. The house was immaculate. We were greeted with a welcome basket, which was such a sweet touch. The place was great and the starter supplies lasted us for our entire stay. Community was also really nice and the pool (and pool bar) were a good time. The location was ideal as we spent time at both Disney and Universal. The shopping center, which was within walking distance, was another bonus. Our group was 100% happy with every aspect. Highly recommend. Hope to stay here again soon!!

Location wise it was good that it was so closeto the Convention Center, that made life a lot easier. I enjoyed having the amenities there like a kitchen, that help cut my overall cost down by not having to eat out every single meal. Overall, if I have to go back to Orlando for the volleyball tournament, I would definitely stay again. At first I was worried about the cost, but after being there I think it was worth it.

entertainment, essentials. Very responsive which is a plus. This place was clean, spacious and exactly what is shown in the photos. I traveled with family of all ages. I Highly recommend.
