Very nice and comfortable. However, marijuana, diaper, trash smells in the hall way. 1 elevator worked in building. Jacuzzi did not work in either room and the circuit breaker kept popping so we could not charge devices or watch television in the room at the end of the day.

They didn’t have our room ready in time and we had to wait an hour and half and I tried to Chevy in early around 9am… or key handle came off, store broke, bed frame broken, I will never stay here again

We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bed pool view room. Beds were super comfortable. Great to have a full kitchen and washing facilities. Dated, but clean room that met our needs. We had an issue with our front door handle, we couldn’t get in at first after a long travel day! Managed to get in with some part brute force as despite reporting it to reception, one came to check it despite us asking twice - turned out we needed to life the handle up instead of down (we managed to work it out) so got by for our stay, but not ideal that our request wasn’t looked into. Pool was nice, but not heated and too cold for me to get in. $7 for a kids slushy is extortionate! Good location, nice to have no additional fees due on arrival, plenty of parking on site. Would stay again for the price.

It’s great place to stay if you want to stay for longer period. Silent location, great shopping center, great swimming pool, close to Disney springs. To be better, please pay extra attention to small things. - Safe should be reset in advance. - Put detergent and water as welcome gift. - small letter from property owner. -install better coffee machine, etc Recent renovation of swimming pool and restrooms could be a great start.

It was decent. Needs to be updated. I don’t like that they charge an extra fee for housekeeping and more towels for a five night stay. They charge or we can wash and dry the bedding and towels to avoid the fee. It’s vacation, I don’t want to do laundry. Garbage piled up outside our door on our last night.

We had a fantastic stay! We unfortunately had to leave home due to the effects of Hurricane Milton. This was a no brainer. The resort was relaxing and the staff was wonderful. My children had a blast and it was the first time they have smiled in a few weeks with the two hurricanes. They enjoyed kids daiquiris by the pool and playing in the arcade. The room was so spacious and the deck was amazing. So much room for my husband and I to hold our meetings. This was our second stay at this resort and it was great. It is less than a 10minute drive from downtown Disney and they even provide transportation to the parks.i got a voucher to use the spa but i never got to use it because it was closed. Maybe next time. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

The stay was a total disappointment to say the least. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and furniture is very old And needs to be changed. I have stayed at this hotel before, but never have I had this experience. The closet door wasn’t put in properly and fell on top of my mom. We had to Put it aside and not use that Closet. There were stains on the chairs, the sheets not properly cleaned. Hair that looked like pubic hair left on the showers. We found several bugs inside the unit. The Cooker was very deteriorated and broken. One of the rooms the door wouldn’t close at all. I sent an email to Hotels.com the first night, but they had never responded. By the second night, we decided to stay at my house who lives in Orlando. I kept calling from the room to the guest services and no one ever answered. Seems as if the phone didn’t even work at all. I felt embarrassed as I was the one who picked the hotel And I let my whole family down. To be honest, it was a safety hazard. This hotel is not As it seems, their Quality has decreased and all sense of the word. If someone could get back to me, that would be great As I have tried reaching over the phone and nothing. Overall, One of the worst stays. This was the downfall of our family vacation. So sad

Was a great place. Rooms could use a bit of upgrading. Also, could use decent kitchen pots and pans. But as expected for rental condos! Would stay again! Pool is very nice! Staff was very helpful!
