Пожалуйста, сделайте наконец что-то с постельными принадлежностями! Подушки и одеяла требуют замены. Полотенца серого цв

В пешей доступности от вокзала и наличие кондиционера.

Невозможность открыть окно и подышать кислородом! Ни на одно моё сообщение не было дано ответа до поездки о времени моего прибытия, а коды от входных дверей были поданы мне через СМС только после нескольких звонков под закрытыми дверями отеля.

Reality was different from the offer

Room not in accordance with the offer and price. Reality was different from the offer, the room with a double bed turned out to be a single bed with an extra bed. The apartment was dirty.

Apartment was dirty, dishes broken, Wi-Fi didn’t work and the owner made us wait outside for 1.5 hours in winter to get

It was +- close to city centre

We waited for an owner outside for hour and a half, because he didn’t answer the messages. The only option was to have a Polish number to call him and he always postponed his arrival to give us the keys. It was freezing outside! Also he told that he tried to call me by my Ukr number (which was obviously impossible), so he gave up and didn’t bother to check the messages. The apartment itself was dirty, the plates were broken and all the dishes were not clean. The toilet button was broken, the WI-FI wasn’t working at all, towels were covered in some yellow stains, probably washed badly.

There is no reception, and we had to wait until the moment they come. The quality of water is bad, and because of that we had an allergy. The price of the place is very expensive, and for sure it shouldn’t cost that much

Nice location, close to the center, easy parking nearby

Matrasse should be changed, very unconfotable. Generally the room needs a renovation. It's quite old therefore is not so clean as it should be and we expected.

- the hair dryer did not work, which can be okay but when I put it into electricity, inside of it was fire, please check it, it can be really dangerous - the walls are really thin and the neighboors were really loud at the morning

Served the purpose and was good value for money

A nice apartment close to the city center with a parking available in the nearby communal parking spots. It was clean and the staff were nice. Very quiet neighbourhood.

The facilities are old and not maintained well. The bed was worn-out and felt sugging. The area didn't always feel safe to walk in late at night.

Nice Apartment

The Apartment is 13minutes walk from the Train Station. It is clean. It has a kitchen, microwave, kitchen utensils.

I called the staff about the Internet password, told us to come but did not come. We weren’t able to use the internet the whole duration of stay. Nobody followed up and no one is around if we want any information.

The location was just perfect for my trip,already recommended the place to a friend who plans to visit Wroclaw with wife and daughter.
