Excellent accueil et prise en charge. Personnel ( multilingue) très professionnel mais surtout très sympathique, disponible , à l'écoute et serviable . Excellent petit-déjeuner varié et diffèrent tous les jours .Etablissement très propre et bien situé .

Excellent accueil. Personnel très agréable de la réception au service petit-déjeuner. Les réceptionnistes sont de bons conseils pour nous guider. Petit-déjeuner très varié et de bonne qualité : salade de fruits frais, charcuterie, fromage, oeufs brouillés, légumes chauds (variants tous les jours), salade froide (différente tous les jours), produits laitiers, céréales, pain et viennoiserie. Boissons chaudes de qualité.

Throughly enjoyed our stay

Fabulous staff, particularly Anna who worked during the day and Adil who worked at night. Upon our arrival we were surprised by an offer to upgrade our hotel room at no extra cost by the manager. Room was larger than what we booked. Anna helped us secure tickets to visit the Monastery and Adil secured an Uber for us on Lisbon day when Bolt, taxis etc. were not responding to our request at 5am. We truly appreciated the terrace where we had brought 2 lights suppers bought at a grocery store. Great gelato place (Pairs) next door! Hotel was safe and clean. Kudos!

Generally a very safe neighbourhood but there were some homeless people who were more present in the evening.

Prima Lage auf halbem Weg zwischen Flughafen und Altstadt in einem netten Viertel mit vielen Restaurants. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, immer tolle Tipps zum Essengehen und Aktivitäten. Zimmer absolut ausreichend, vor allem, wenn man viel unterwegs ist. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet, auch mit vielen vegetarischen und veganen Speisen.

Szuper szállás, páros utakhoz ajánlom!

A szoba és a szálloda olyan mint a képeken, a reggeli egyszerű, bőséges, és minőségi. A környék biztonságos, kávézók, pékségek a közelben. Tömegközlekedéssel könnyen elérhető, nem kellett taxit hívnunk egyszer sem. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Mi korábban érkeztünk, mint ahogy elfoglalhattuk volna a szobát, de a bőröndjeinket ott tudtuk hagyni, ameddig várost néztünk. A szobában okos tv, és tökéletesen működő wifi. A törölközőket naponta cserélték.

A szobánk a képeken annyiban volt csalóka, hogy nagyon pici volt, és egyetlen hiányossága a minihűtő.

nice friendly hotel we would book again and we would recommend for others as well

Hello, great staff, always responding with a smile. :) We had a small room with a small bed to the street side. With air condition good ok, with an open window definitly too noise from the street. The breakfast was including different kinds of food - from eggs to muesli, good for a perfect start into the day. all in all a good hotel we would recommend for a further booking. Thanks to all for the stay and for the four nice sunny days.

Would go back if shower was changed and the smell gone

We had a standard room, small but we managed. The bathroom was small, but the shower was a disaster 🤨 I’m 170 centimetres and my partner 190, 60 % of the shower was lower than me, so you could not stand upright and very difficult to wash hair. The last 40% was open but against the glass wall. We were offered another room, but it was the same. And there was a smell from the pipes, which we mentioned but were told that it is an old building, which was also the reason for the shower layout according to the owner.
