The photos of this hotel were misleading on the website. Bad customer service: When I arrived there were 3 people at reception; one was serving a customer and the 2 others didn’t even look up to greet me. They were entering data into a computer and I was ignored for about 10 minutes. Badly maintained rooms: The rooms were dirty with stains on the floor and on the curtains and with greasy tables and remote control. I had to move out of the 1st room because the odour was unbearable. The facilities were old and not maintained.

Für eine Nacht und um den Preis war es ausreichend.

Die Lage hat für uns sehr gut gepasst.

Leider war es teilweise nicht sauber. Ein Bettlacken war komplett zerrissen. Spinnweben hingen in den Ecken und am Fenster. Bei einem 4* Hotel hätten wir das nicht erwartet. Frühstück hätte man extra buchen können für 20€!! pro Person. Parkplatz / Tiefgarage war auch extra zu bezahlen für 10€/ Tag.

Staff made an effort, but hotel disappointed

The hotel was clean. The staff were very busy due to it being fully booked, so there was evident stress, but they were polite and helpful.

We were there early and had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready at 15:00, however as it was fully booked, we were told we had to wait at least another half an hour. We were tired and sweaty from a hot day, and as the hotel is far from anything, we had to wait there until our rooms were ready. We were given vouchers for drinks as compensation, which were welcome, and we were given a different room so we could get it earlier. Room however was extremely hot and aircon wouldn't work properly...Overall the hotel felt dated, tired, and in need of a makeover...But at least we had somewhere to sleep!

Nothing.

The restaurant was closed and opened in 2 hours. Everything was small the bed, the room, also the shower.

Sehr gutes, ruhiges Hotel direkt an der Donau!

Zimmer: Suite, sehr schön! Frühstück: umfangreiches Buffet, alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Lage: mit den öffentlichen Verkehrmitteln auch sehr einfach zu erreichen (Bus Linie 27 ab/zu Hbf Linz)

Sehr schön.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zugänglichkeit für Radfahrer ist hervorragend.

Die Lage ist nicht attraktiv, besonders wenn man auf der Durchreise ist und etwas von der Stadt sehen will.

Propreté de la chambre, de la douche, murs sales et odeur en entrant de la chambre. Emplacement sur un échangeur de route et autoroute Où sont les 4 étoiles de cet établissement. Etablissement à éviter absolument

Comfortable, Modern Stopover Stay

-Good quality/price ratio. -Modern and newly renovated appearance. -Comfortable bed and pillows.

-No water boiler in the room. -Costly parking in a location somewhat outside the city. -garage parking is a bit pricy.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis; wir werden sicher das Hotel noch einmal buchen.

Gut und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nur eine Klimaanlage fehlt. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich.

Wir waren auf der Sonnenseite und es war recht warm im Zimmer.

Decent place for Alos vacation

Rooms were comfortable, cleaned everyday, boy at the reception was super helpful. Breakfast was also nicely stuffed.

Double bed would be nice instead of two singles together, but still comfortable enough to enjoy our stay

The bed sheets are clean. Bathroom clean as well.

We order a room for two adults and one child 13 yrs old but did not get an extra bed. The rooms and carpet look very worn. The parking is paid (16 euro/ night) but is not warned in the booking.

Really nice

Very nice hotel. The room was very warm, beds confortable, clean, etc. A very pleasant walk to city Center along the Danube.

Very good hotel, breakfast was good. From hotel to bus stop is just few minute and to the city.

The sauna was good

The room giving to me has a two single bed push together that always apart. I requested for just one kingsize bed but they don't have any.
