سئة جدا جدا والتهديد والحقارة وقلة الادب اساس التعامل مع الزبائن انظر لراي النزلاء على جوجل ماب

الفندق سيء جدا وصاحبة الفندق امراءة وقحة وعدوانية وكذابة ولم تصدق بشيء بتاتا بل تعمدت على اهانتنا وجعلنا في وضع سيء ونفسية سيئة وهددتنا في حال وجودنا وبهذا فان المال المخصوم حرام عليها ولاتستحقه بتاتا ومن جهة اخرى فان موظفي بوكنغ لم يكونوا على قدر المسئولية في التفاهم معها وتعويضي حيث انهم سلبيين جدا وجعلوني في المواجهة في العراك مع الفندق وهم

اولا خدمة بوكنغ وتفاعلهم مع الحدث لم يكن على قدر المسئولية ولم يكن مدافع عني بل كل في صف الحقيرة صاحبة الفندق والادهي جعلوني في مواجهة المتسلطة صاحبة الفندق حقيقة خاب ضني في خدماتكم ثانيا الفندق سيء جدا ويجب شطبه من بوكنغ انتهى

Angenehmes Zimmer, anfangs Problem mit Klimaanlage.

Das Zimmer war schön und wir hatten zu dritt ausreichend Platz.

Die Klimaanlage hat bei Anreise nicht funktioniert. Es hat 1 Stunde gedauert, bis klar war, dass kein Zimmerwechsel notwendig sein wird. Diese verlorene Stunde am Abend hat sehr genervt.

Preis-Leistung sehr gut

Ich war zu einer Musikveranstaltung in Linz und habe mich für das City-Hotel entschieden, weil mir dort das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis am besten erschien. Im Jahr davor war ich in einem anderen Hotel, aber das war für dieses Jahr annähernd 2,5 x so teuer. Ich hatte meine Erwartungen an das City-Hotel nicht allzu hoch angesetzt und wurde daher auch nicht enttäuscht. Es ist ein älteres Gebäude, die Innenausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig ausreichend. Mitarbeiter freundlich und insgesamt gibt es nicht viel zu beanstanden. You get, what you pay for.

Klimaanlage vorhanden, Fernbedienung allerdings etwas ramponiert, Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen, erschien mir aber mit 16 Euro auch sehr gut bepreist. Auf der Hauptstraße im Café Ecco habe ich hervorragend gefrühstückt...

Durch die schönen und gekonnt fotografierten Zimmerfotos wurde ich leider getäuscht.

Die zentrumsnahe Lage ist von Vorteil. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist sehr umfangreich.

Die Heizung des Zimmers ist nur mittels eines lauten Heizlüfters möglich. Der Heizkörper im Badezimmer blieb leider kalt. Die Sauberkeit ist nur oberflächlich gegeben. Die von mir genutzte Zimmerkategorie war abgewohnt. Mit ein paar optischen Highlights wurde versucht das Zimmer aufzuwerten. Die Bettwäsche hatte nicht nur Löcher, sonder war bereits vor Gebrauch verschmutzt. Die Duschamatur war offensichtlich schon längere Zeit defekt.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. Twenty minutes walk to Hauptplatz.

Advent trip

Hotel is placed near the city center so you don't have to use public transport. Hotel has its own parking that costs 9€ per day which is not too much. There is also a street parking around hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean. You'll find everyhing you need. Rooms have balconies. We didn't choose to have breakfast in the hotel.

That hotel has its own parking and it's close to city center. Also it was very clean.

I didn't like that in the booking was written double bed and in the room were 2 separate beds. It should also be mentioned that rooms with the windows directed to the street are very noisy.

Good location, renovated room is quite nice with balcony.

The room are relatively big and they look nice as they have been renovated, and have a kind of shared balcony . Location is quite central: 15 min walk from the train station and about 5 to 10 min walk to the city center. Staff generally nice. Rooms are quite soundproof.

I arrived at the hotel before checking-time, and thus asked the hotel to leave my luggage at the reception desk. They told me to put it in front of the reception desk. And then they just left it there until I came back (see picture). This is not so safe as employees are not always there (such as on the picture atttached. Anyone could basically take my luggage and run away with it when the staff is busy or went somewhere else. It dit not happen, but it would be best to put the left luggages in a safer place such as behind the reception desk or in another room. Other than that, it was a good experience.
