Nichts für Leute, für die Sauberkeit wichtig ist

Günstig geschnittenes Apartment mit Ess- und Kochbereich, Bad und Schlafzimmer. Die Lage erlaubt, zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten die Innenstadt zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem einfachen, relativ neuen Gebäude, das bereits etwas Pflege gebrauchen könnte. Direkt am Haus führt eine dicht befahrene Ringstraße vorbei. Die Wohnung selbst war bei unserer Ankunft schlecht geputzt, es roch intensiv nach Zigarettenrauch, das Sofa war voller Flecken und die Filter im Bad waren so schlecht gewartet, dass der Schmutz bereits aus den Fugen drängte. Der Zugangscode, der uns nach der Buchung übermittelt wurde, funktionierte nicht, was die Hotline aber schnell beseitigen konnte.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko centrum czy sklepu spożywczego, czyste pokoje, wyposażona kuchnia gdzie mozna śmialo przygotować posiłek na ciepło, przestronna łazienka, tv, łatwy dostęp do apartamentu rejestracja/kody do drzwi poprzez stronkę, dla pary na kilka dni idealne lokum, polecam!

Jeśli ktoś faktycznie szuka miejsca na wypoczynek i ciszę to za oknem ruchliwa ulica, przy otwartym oknie słychać całą dobę ruch samochodów.

Det var mycket bekväm, nära stan och rent lägenhet.

Det var lite svårt att kontakta med personal. Annars allting varit bra.

im Großen und ganzen ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Kein Frühstück, dafür Kaffee und Tee verfügbar. Apartment war sauber, Bett sehr bequem. Online einchecken und Codeübermittlung für den Eintritt war problemlos.

Komischer Geruch im Apartment. Schlafen nur mit geschlossenem Fenster möglich, da Hauptverkehrsstraße direkt unterhalb. Allgemeinbereich wie z.B. Stiegenhaus sind stark abgewohnt (dreckige Wände). Da sollte man mal ausmalen lassen. Für das Einchecken müssen Ausweisfoto und Selfie hochgeladen werden. Das wird aber vorher nicht kommuniziert.

Nagyon szép város. A lakás nagyon jó helyen van. Könnyű volt bejutni.

A parkolásról kicsit több információ sokat segítene.

xOčekávání větší než realita, takže i při opakované návštěvě Lince raději poptáme něco jiného.

Dobrá dostupnost centra a okolí + garážové stání pro automobil.

Spíše co se nelíbilo - potřebujete kód ke vstupu do budovy i do bytu (zdlouhavá komunikace s majtelem). Není skříň na šasty. Okna na cestu s velkým provozem vozidel. Chybí mikrovlná trouba. Na 4 dny pobytu 1 osuška a 1 ručník na osobu je málo.

Location, very closed to the center of the city, walking distance of main plaza

Very small place, wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 nights. Bed sheets are terrible, like a brush.

Change your lock system, abloy has really great pinpads, what could open with mobile app.

We didnt get in to the room and didnt visit this apartment, because pinpad didnt let us in!

poor quality pinpad, staff sended help what didnt arrived. spent 1,5h of our vacation trip, really really dissapointed.

It provided us with a home from home stay where we could do washing and cooking.

It was a neat modern flat. It had a washing machine, dishwasher and oven. It also had a very large TV. We were provided with salt and pepper, olive oil and vinegar, tea and coffee. The wifi signal was strong. The shower gel and shampoo were great. The location was good for the train station and centre of town. You are right next to a supermarket. There is a lift in the building.

The netflix connection was very poor. There were no oven gloves. If I'm being very picky, larger mugs would have been great, the cups provided were difficult to hold as they were too small. It would have been a bonus to have a couple of washing powder tablets for the washing machine. The road is busy and noisy

All in all it was a very nice stay and absolutely worth it for a long weekend stay. I would consider other options for a

The location was convenient with supermarket Hofer a few steps away, very good Italian restaurant and cafés. The flat had everything it needed for a short stay for a couple. There was a lovely welcome gift for the guests. Appreciated also the coffee and tea. The communication with the customer support was also very easy - the Tv remote didn’t work and we had it replaced the day after.

The only downside was the loud street below. When closing the window it was not so noisy but one of the two windows was probably not isolating very well.

Again disgusting and abnormal way of self-checking. Again gave errors in their system, half an hour attempts to accomodate, again long and multiples phone conversations with remote ghosts. there was some arabian refufees on the floor that was making noise.

Modern and clean. Great experience!

The suite looks like in the photos. It is super modern and it was perfectly clean. It is very easy to get into the building and into the room. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is big and the kitchen has everything: nespresso, oven, fridge and dishwasher.

There was a double bed and there was electric outlet only in one side; therefore I could not charge my phone there and I had to plug it in the kitchen

Overall ok. Quality of the bed 🛌 good. Good heating 👌. If you want to sleep with open windows you may consider the road noise.

No staff at all. All electronics. Help yourself and learn. The bathroom size is huge compared to the living area. Around 30% of the space is the bathroom. Check out is 11h00 so you cannot get into the room after that time.... no parking

very comfortable central apartment

very comfortable and cozy apartment with a kitchen and all the amenities. host has left us coffee and tea, which was very nice. Very close to the cathedral and the center. Easy check in with codes

the parking indicated in the description didn’t work on Sunday and we parked in another parking nearby. It was free on Sunday evening but then we had to pay 2€ per hour as of 8am on Monday

Tasteful small flat in central location

The property is furnished in good taste and we had an easy time there. TV did not work; but we did not come to watch TV. The location is just around the corner from an excellent italian restaurant. And central as promised. Parking was possible all days. Overall we are happy with the stay.

At 23 sqmeters the property seemed a tad "over-furnitured" and we sorely missed an ironing solution; a bit of a miss on business travel. We moved an armchair out into the entrance and then had fine space.
