Quase morri de calor!!!!!

O hotel estava com o ar condicionado inoperante e só me trouxeram um ventilador no segundo dia. Eu havia reservado um quarto com duas camas de solteiro / uma de casal e me deram um quarto minúsculo com uma cama de solteiro. Depois que reclamei me colocaram em um quarto gigantesco onde não se podia abrir a janela por causa da vista (que era maravilhosa) e assim o calor era sufocante.

There were 2 concierge that were good. Very well located

Quality of breakfast very mediocre. Generally service poor . No brand to the hotel. Tired low personality staff Staff looks half dead. Night concierge was obviously on drugs No enthusiasm ( except concierge) No room service. No restaurant

A great stay in the center of Old Town Prague - will be happy to recommend.

The hotel is very conveniently located right in the center of Prague's Old Town. We enjoyed the wonderful location and the ability to step out of the hotel right onto the central square. It wasn't, however, noisy, and we had a good sleep throughout. We appreciate that despite our early arrival, the room was ready for us as we arrived. The deluxe room was spacious and lovely, with classic furniture and a high ceiling. It seems that the hotel is well-kept and all the amenities in the room were very-well maintained throughout our stay. The air conditioning was spot-on in the hot days we encountered. In addition, although it seems like an old building, there's a nice elevator inside, and that's also a plus compared to many other small hotels. The breakfast was good and everyone could find something to eat. The hotel is a boutique hotel and it feels quiet and calm despite being in the city center. We appreciated the classic decor, big rooms and high ceilings.

Prag är fantastiskt!

Fantastiskt rum, sköna sängar och väldigt nära till allt.

Personalen var inte så tillmötesgående. Vid frukosten hade de bara ett bord för 4 personer, medan resten var för 2 personer. Även om det var möjligt att flytta borden tilläts inte detta och familjer eller sällskap kunde inte sitta tillsammans. Måltiderna är viktiga när man reser tillsammans så jag tyckte att denna princip var irriterande.

Excellent, quiet location from which to visit the main attractions in Prague.

Excellent location, quiet, friendly and helpful staff

The only thing was that the room was an attic room in which two ceiling windows did not have coverings and hence was far lighter than we like for sleeping.

Great location, excellent amenities!

Ventana Hotel is in a very central location, a few steps away from the famous Astronomical Clock. The rooms are quite big with windows. Breakfast is excellent with a big variety of goods. The personnel is polite and very helpful. Furthermore, even the outside temperature was -5, inside the room the heating was excellent. The price per room is fair for all the amenities it offers.

Although the room was everyday cleaned, we found some small stains on the sheets. Furthermore, could have more sockets in the room, but was not a big issue. Worth mentioning that in the double beds there are two single duvets.

Lovely stay in fantastic location!

Excellent location, couldn’t have been closer for the Christmas Market. Attic Suite was perfect for our family and enabled us to watch New Years fireworks while the kids slept. Lovely European breakfast, wonderful staff. We will be back!

Parking is not on-site and is about 8-10 minute walk away in a sister hotel. We were happy they at least had a parking option though, as parking is very challenging in Prague!

The location is incredible, almost on the main square in old town Prague. Very close walking distance to many attractions (maybe a 2 minute walk from the astronomical clock). Very nice staff and lovely accommodations. If I ever get a chance to return I will definitely stay there again!

Amazing room, Excellent location, staff very kind and helpful. Being few meter from the Old Town Square, it gives very convenient approach to the Prague attractions and on other hand very quiet and peaceful stay.

A clean hotel with nice staff next to Old Town.

Clean and spacious room. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Nice air conditioning. Right next to the Old Town.

The bed for our son (8 years old) was a foldable bed and it was uncomfortable for him.
