Location, room with balcony overlooking hotel, complimentary breakfast that was awesome, great staff and service

Located next to Rialto

Located right next to Rialto bridge if this is what you are looking for. Staffs are very polite and friendly and helpful, especially the front desk.

Room was tiny, windows looking out to windows of next building, no kettle in room, minimum toiletries ( just shower gel for body and hair), hair drier is the oldest fixated on the wall like a vacuum.

فندق ممتاز حيث الموقع والاقامه مقابل المال وانصح به وبشده ويسهل عليك موقعه لقربه من جسر ريالتو

الموقع ثم الموقع بجانب جسر ريالتو قريب من المحلات والمطاعم والمول الكبير للتسوق وموقف العباره والجندول وكل شئ والفطور متنوع والموظفين متعاونين جدا والغرفه واسعه والفراش مريح والحمام مزود بكل شئ تحتاجه وهذه ثاني مره اسكن بنفس الفندق

سكنت بغرفه رقم. 106 رائحه الطبخ المعجنات تحس كأنك بمطبخ الرائحه قويه جدا وبلغت الموظف ولم يهتم لكلامي عدي ذلك كل شئ ممتاز

Great location. Right next to the Rialto Bridge and 20m from the ferry so an easy transfer from the train station. Could walk to all the main attractions. We had a room looking over the Grand Canal which was worth the extra money for the view.

Beautiful, convenient and great ambience

Excellent location . Public water bus stops 2 minutes away from hotel. Breakfast was good if you eat lightly in the mornings . Right beside Rialto bridge

Room was very warm . No curtains but you could close the shutters . Small bit noisy outside early in the mornings.

Its perfect location; how warm the building is (i was there over new years eve); the view over the canal.

how small the breakfast rooms were, we didnt go for breakfast some days even though we paid for it, as we would have to queue to get a seat. i think that, this particular part was not very well planned.

This was the perfect location to conclude our dream honeymoon!

Thus was my dream to stay at this hotel, right next to the Rialto bridge. Our room was like something out of a fairy tail with canopy bed, sofa, chair, wardrobe and a balcony overlooking the bridge and canal! The staff were always very welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was great!

location. staff were very friendly. Breakfast had good choices. Room was cleaned every day, had a mini bar at a cost. comfortable.
