Great hotel and great location.

The hotel is in an excellent location whether one has a car or not. We used the bus to go into the town which goes every 15 minutes. The hotel is very relaxed and staff super friendly. The food is fantastic, fine dining quality.

Prima locatie niet te ver van de snelweg. Super ruime (2-delige) familiekamer, goed avond eten, lekker verkoeling in het zwembad, top bedden en prima ontbijt.

Jederzeit gern wieder!

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist top. Wir haben in sehr modernen, renovierten Zimmern übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt etwas auswärts, aber in ca. 20 Gehminuten erreicht man das kulturelle Stadtzentrum, das jede Menge zu bieten hat. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Besonders lecker waren die frisch gepressten Säfte und regionalen Spezialitäten!

Excellent 3 Star Hotel with a pool.

Excellent hotel, the pool area and the breakfast was excellent. Probably one of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in. The staff were excellent and friendly.

Decent hotel but be careful to notify the hotel beforehand if you have bikes!

Good sized room, secure bike storage facility available, good terrace area, honesty bar service was good. Most of the staff were very kind and nice.

We hired road bikes for the duration of our stay but was told the secure bike storage spaces were full and as we did not notify the hotel before our arrival that we would have bikes with us, it is our fault. As bike storage was listed as a service on the hotel’s website and it was not stated on the hotel website or on the hotel’s page on booking.com that we had to make such request prior to arrival, I argued that it is not the guest’s fault for not knowing that this is a requirement. If it was a requirement, I suggested that the hotel could’ve either made it clear on their listing and / or messaged guests beforehand to check. The reply I received from the receptionist was that this is a suggestion I have to make to booking.com and it is not the hotel’s responsibility. It all caused for unnecessarily unpleasant and time wasting experience and I maintain that guests cannot be expected to know of a requirement they are not notified of. Having said all this, the staff were quick to find a solution within the day and found us alternative bike storage space. The manager also apologised for this encounter and generally the staff have been very kind and nice. The fridge in our room was leaking when we arrived but this was also quickly rectified. It is a 20-30 min walk to Girona old town. There is a bus service but it can be infrequent.

Hotel mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sehr engagierten Rezeptionisten

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - vor allem die Rezeptionisten, innen schön renoviert, viele Parkplätze, Self-Service Bar, kostenlose geräumige Radgarage, Stadt ist in ca 20-25min fußläufig zu erreichen

Optik des Gebäudes von außen, Fenster zwar nach außen gut dicht - aber die Zimmer zueinander sind eher hellhörig

Una estada molt comfortable.

L’aparcament gratuït a l’exterior de l’hotel. L’amabilitat del personal. La neteja de les instal•lacions i les habitacions totalment renovades. El servei de restaurant a la carta molt bo, per sobre de la mitjana que acostumen a oferir els hotels. Un establiment molt recomanable que, a més, disposa de piscina exterior.

Els embotits de l’esmorzar podrien millorar. L’utilització de setrilleres reemplenables per a l’oli d’oliva cosa que per normativa no és permés. Els establiments d’hostaleria han de fer servir envasos d’oli d’oliva no reutilitzables, a més d’estar degudament etiquetats.

A very pleasant stay

The rooms had been upgraded and were very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was better than previous visits, a few yrs ago. We liked the cooked food, excellent scrambled eggs. We enjoyed the spinach cannelloni for evening meal.

Obras en la habitación de al lado. 0 descanso

La decoración

Me parece surrealista ir a un hotel a descansar dos días, y que a las 7 de la mañana aprox se pongan a hacer obras en la habitación de al lado. No solo el primer día si no también el segundo, sierras, taladros, vamos, algo que no he visto en mi vida, una vergüenza. Nos quejamos en recepción y su respuesta literalmente ha sido “Es lo que hay cuando hay obras”. Me rio por no llorar, ni unas disculpas, ni un poco de vergüenza. Pagas por poder descansar y estar de relax y te encuentras con obras en el hotel… Pues no sé, no deis habitaciones al lado de las obras o empezadlas a una hora donde ya no hay gente descansando.

Just brilliant

Really nice family run hotel easy to find off the motorway with on site parking. The room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom, the staff were all friendly and helpful especially Gemma who served our evening meal both nights. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Having travelled with dogs the best bit for us was the access into the city as just across the road was a path that meandered along the river to a footbridge which brought you out in a large park on edge of the centre. Just brilliant with all the wildlife, cormorants, kingfishers, terrapins and beavers. Would definitely stay again.

The speed bump on the exit from the car park is savage.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel

Das Personal war freundlich und das Hotel ist gemütlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend groß. Das Bett sehr gut und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Im eigenen Restaurant haben wir sehr gut gegessen. Das Hotel ist hundefreundlich und es gibt einen eigenen Raum in dem Hundebesitzer im Beisein der Hunde essen können. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Hotel, allerdings nicht abgeschlossen. Wir können das Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben nichts Negatives feststellen können.

Fijne kamer dichtbij het oude centrum.

Goede kamer, heerlijk ontbijt en je kon beneden lekker zitten met een boek of een puzzeltje. Het centrum was een kwartiertje lopen, dus goed te doen. Mooi oud centrum. Het avondeten was ook erg lekker.

Lovely dog friendly, cosy hotel. Will stay again.

This is my second visit to this hotel en route to the UK. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and the dinner was good. The hotel is dog friendly too. The hotel is easy to find and the free parking is perfect after a long journey.

Ontbijt en diner duur. Ontbijt 15 euro per persoon. 19 euro voor een entrecote met een beetje patat en helemaal geen groenten.

Das Hotel ist super und man denkt eher an ein 4- denn an ein 3-Sterne-Hotel, so angenehm ist es. Die Zimmer sind top, sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Hier was hinzuschreiben, wäre Jammerei auf hohem Niveau.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Als ich das Haus von außen sah, dachte ich na ja. Aber innen ist es wirklich stylisch und schön. Der Rezeptionist war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend und erklärte alles im Detail. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock (mit Aufzug) war geräumig, mit Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher, Tee/Kaffee und wohl gerade renoviert. Die Betten äußerst bequem. Das Bad etwas kleiner, Dusche in Badewanne, aber mit Wasch-und Badezusätzen von Rituals. Alles picobello sauber. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Restaurant. Eine umfangreiche Speisekarte mit lokalen und internationalen Spezialitäten, die optisch sehr schön angerichtet und extrem schmackhaft waren. Und auch hier die Kellnerinnen sehr freundlich. Ebenso stimmte das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis der Speisen und Getränke. Wir waren hier nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise, würden hier aber immer stoppen.

Staff are incredibly kind and helpful! Thank you Johnny and everyone! Beautiful rooms! Pool is excellent and pleasant to lounge by. Easy walk ito see the main sites in town..although it's been super hot so timing is key.

The new doors on the newly constructed rooms close LOUDLY!! Hopefully, they'll remedy this quickly. They charge 2 euros for towels for the pool which is a bit silly as all other hotels include towels for guests free of charge.

the room was well appointed and very clean.

the location was further from town than I expected. it was also close to a large roundabout with a lot of traffic. although good for. are, it was not as idyllic as des robes. however, a good bus service close to the hotel made it bearable.
