Perfection down to the cute dishes and paper the menus were printed on!!

The decor was over the top beautiful and perfect!! I love the boutique feel of it. The food and drinks were also amazing. The staff was super friendly. Kimberly and Dione went out of their way to make suggestions and give advice for our week long trip. We would love to come back again someday.

Breakfast service was alittle slow. Other than that, nothing.

Good stay, great water sports, helpful staff- should not have to pay for bottled water. should not be classed as a 5 sta

staff on the whole very polite, friendly and helpful and went out their way. The water sports included in the booking was great but overall this should not be classed as a 5 star hotel. it does not have the facilities or options 5 star hotels have. it’s very misleading to class this hotel as 5 star.

I was shocked for a 5 star hotel to see that the bottled water had been added to the bill. we were told the water was complementary so when I saw that the bottled water had been added to the bill I questioned it. Management could have been flexible and taken it off the bill but refused to do so and this therefore has left a bad taste in my mouth. Also could have been better selection and choice at breakfast and service on the whole slow but staff extremely friendly. The treadmill at the gym was out of order and not fixed the entire time we were there despite the amount of money paid for the hotel.

We loved it!

We simply loved the hotel : location, style, staff… everything was just perfect! Mind: without the monkeys and the turtles we would have never made it there; please, do whatever it takes to protect the amazing wildlife surrounding you …

No beach, disgusting swimming pool

Design of the rooms. Rooms are beautiful

There is no beach. No beachbeds, no service at the beach. The hotel has access only to a tiny public beach with a poisonous tree, locals smoking marijuana, cars arriving in the middle and a destroyed Pontoon in the sea. Swimming pool is disgusting in the same time. stinks of chemicals. looks likes a motel. Staff is helpless. Chevk the bills at the check out. can be surprising.

A beautiful resort, both the stunning oceanside location and the gorgeous grounds and accommodation. Amazing decor.

A restorative, impeccable getaway

The friendliness and service provided by the staff was impeccable. It was nice to wake up for a delightful breakfast everyday and see the same people from the day before. It really made our stay feel like home. We stayed in an absolutely gorgeous room and couldn't have been happier with the twice a day housekeeping and overall quality and cleanliness. The resort itself is well maintained and the gardens are amazing. I also appreciated the availability of amenities like the boat to go water skiing and the nice cocktail hours and tea times.

The only thing I could say that could have improved our stay is that at times I noticed a few places on the structures of the resort that required some maintenance. I am very picky and notice EVERYTHING, so I keep an eye on the details.

Warm friendly staff and a beautiful property in a prime beachfront location with lots of charm

The staff were outstanding - from the people on the front desk to the waiters, waitresses, barmen, boatmen... everyone went the extra mile and were smily and charming. The property is extremely stylish and comfortable with a perfect beachfront location and tranquil gardens. The daily complimentary boat ride and snorkelling was the highlight of our visit and being able to swim in the beautiful clear sea every day right in front of the hotel. We loved the hotel decor. And also seeing monkeys in the gardens was a bonus!

There were times when the service let itself down a bit.... food and drink could take a very long time to arrive. Some days our room was not made up until the afternoon... and it was noisy at times... there were people on the beach right next to the hotel having an all-day party one day and some of the other hotel guests were loud at the bar and spoke loudly on their phones at mealtimes. Our room was not set that far back from the main road and we could hear traffic at times.

Incredible staff, exquisite design & location. highly recommend

can’t say enough good things about this GORGEOUS boutique hotel. The interiors / decor are sensational. Food is delicious. Very thoughtful touches like breakfast included and afternoon tea. The stand out was the staff. So incredibly warm, welcoming and accomodating. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

we were travelling with our twin daughters. our room had no bathtub (staff accommodated with infant portable tub). only one high chair available to us.

Stunning

It’s stunning, the rooms are beautiful and well appointed, the beds are so comfy and the rooms are silent (well apart from beautiful island noises like waves, birds and insects). More than anything it just has a v special vibe. The staff are so helpful. Great little gym too!

Breathtaking hotel with impressive attention to detail, offering the best accommodation in our lives

Magical and cosy atmosphere, with extra attention to all details involved and pleasant surprises during the day. This is a truly special hotel and the best one we’ve ever experienced! The views this hotel offers are incredibly beautiful (the pink & white umbrellas are a joy to look at all day long), while the experience is a very personal one.

Honestly there isn’t anything we can think of. The place really is amazing! The staff was very nice, friendly, and supportive overall, but some of them outshone their colleagues.

Cobblers Cove set a new bar for best accommodations we have ever experienced!

Everything! So much detail was put into everything down to the decor, to the staff to all the accommodations. The property has a very relaxing atmosphere. Water spots are available on site. They provide a wonderful breakfast as nice dinner selections. we can’t wait to come back!

Otherwise my stay was great and bonding.

Some variety needed to be added with more choices possibly some Caribbean plates.

What I did not like was at payment time reception was having some difficulty processing my credit card. I advise reception that the card was giving some difficulty but my bank said that if the card numbers were typed in the card will be processed. I related this to the Clerk at front who replied that that particular service was not available. Meanwhile security was all gathered around assuming to arrest me for not having access to funds to pay my bill. I alternatively paid in cash some $3000 I think. Afterward in speaking with my Bank they did tell me that the Hotel had the facility to use the card number and they had my identification and my address. However the front desk was quite happy to make me go through that scenario.
