Nice stay near Hakata station, good breakfast

Super close to the bus and train station of Hakata. Good breakfast.

Good location

It’s very close to the Hakata station, 5min. walk. Very clean. Small room (Japan standard). Friendly staff. Good breakfast. It has an onsen (I haven’t been).

위치, 청결, 친절도 넘사벽임 후쿠오카가면 또 갈거임

위치가 진짜 넘사벽임 걍 하카타역에서 버스터미널로만 가도 바로 보임 깨끗한건말할것도 없음 대욕장있어서 극호였음 대욕장에서 나오자마자 로손있어서 크림브륄레 아이스크림을 숨도 안쉬고 살 수 있어서 넘 좋았음 직원분들이 친절하고, 짐도 맡아주시고 넘 좋았음 로비에서 향기나서 뭔가 기분좋음 대욕장도 깨끗하고 드라이기 바람 빡세서 좋음 안마의자도 비어있을때 쓰면 진짜 발바닥 붓기 다 조질 수 있음 강추 침대는 은근히 넓어서 2명이서 쓰기 좋았음 쇼파가 맛도리 누우면 못일어남 쿠션형 안마기도 진짜 요긴하게 잘 사용했음 사진도 찍었는데, 블로그에 후기올려놨음 https://blog.naver.com/buono_guanciale/223297329507

한국인들 제발 씻고 탕에 들어가주세요.... 안씻고 들어가는 사람 보면 왜 한국인인지... 욕장에서 자기물건으로 자꾸 자리맡아놓고 탕들어갔다가 다시 그자리 쓰고 해서 정작 사람 많을때 자리 없어서 뻘쭘하게 기다린적도 있음...제발..그르지마세요...쪽팔림ㅠ 다른나라사람이면 그러려니하겠는데 같은 한국인이로서 부끄러웠음.. 우리나라 목욕탕에서 하듯이하지마세요.. 아침에 첫기차 소리 다들려서 그건 좀 그렇긴한데 잠귀안밝으면 안들림

The hotel is a bit dated. Compare to the hotel we stayed in Fukuoka (same chain), it's a lot more basic.

A base for sightseeing in Fukuoka

Large public bath and sauna. Close to Hakata station. There is a convenience store on the first floor. There is a coin laundry. There is enough water pressure in the shower room.

The door of the bathroom in the room is poorly constructed and cannot be locked. Lace curtains are dirty. The room is small and there is no space to open the suitcase. If you don't use the public bath, you feel the price is high.

Enjoyable stay and will come back again if I visit Fukuoka again.

Room was clean and comfortable space for single occupant. Location is very convenient too as it’s near Hakata JR station and bus station.

the staff at the desk was fantastic . They were very helpful, nothing was impossible with them . They assisted me with warmth and pleasant hospitality . They certainly make my stay very pleasant .

The staff are friendly and helpful, very willing to put lots of efforts to communicate and make me understand given I don't speak Japanese while they speak limited English.. The room is clean and comfortable. The restaurant are nice.

The bathroom is a bit dated compare to the rest of the room but still it works fine.

The location of hotel is next to Hakata bus station. It's convenient to reach the hotel by bus from Fukuoka Airport. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel provides public onsen bath.

Superb

The location is very good, very close to the Hakata Station. Surprised to find massage chair in the room - very helpful for someone who had spend a day with pretty heavy backpack. The public bath is also very helpful to relieve some stress.

Wonderful hotel, facilities and location!

Fantastic location just 2mins walk to Hakata Station, Subway and shopping. Room, tho small, had everything required, the Onsen was just spacious and had indoor and outdoor pools, even a cold pool and far-infrared room. Great for single travellers, didn't see any tour groups so that was great!

The check-in time at 3pm was quite strict and had to queue to check in cos there was quite a crowd as everyone was waiting at the lobby. Not sure if there are other solutions?

Good deal for the price & location but probably would not return again

convenience to get to Hakata station (although there are even nearer hotels such as Comfort Inn, Blossom Hakata, Oriental Hotel & Forza etc) & for the price and location, this was the best deal for us.

rooms were old, toilets were moldy. The rooms were just covered up with new wallpaper to look “newer” but everything could show that the rooms were dated eg no USB plugs & moldy toilet. We had to stay in a smoking room and the rooms smelled so bad. in other hotels even in smoking rooms they don’t smell this bad. Seats even had burnt marks. Bed is also on the hard side. Staff were incredibly unhelpful. One female receptionist bypassed me to help another guest although we were in line first. Hotel also never replied emails I sent prior to arriving. Also needed to get taxis early in the morning for my early flight. Staff were not helpful and just asked us to try to get a taxi ourselves at Hakata station. (vs staff at Oriental Hotel Hakata who helped me out even when I wasn’t an in-house guest). Also struggled with self-check in and another female receptionist seemed annoyed that I needed her help and she ignored my struggle many times before finally coming back to help me again. Some staff couldn’t speak English as well, so if your problem isn’t the typical FAQ kind, you might struggle. Overall a very impersonal stay here. Lobby was always short staffed and you would need to wait a long time to be attended to. Slow turn-over time.

Comfortable and great value for money!

Very good location, lots of amenities, onsen, sauna. Rooms are very well designed! One of the rooms even had a massage chair! The room shower was great too!

It was a little too close to the train tracks. The trains start around 6am, if you are a light sleeper, this is not a suitable place.

A Good Onsen to Refresh You Before Ending Your Trip

The onsen is the best part of this facility, clean and nice. Location is good but google map may confuse you.

The officers at front desk strictly did not allow you to check in until exactly 3 pm, although a lot of people waiting in the lobby and the rooms were ready.
